Internet is not usable. Management needs to review and respond. In my experience, only customer complaints will motivate them.
This is my first negative review of any Starbucks. The reason why I'm writing this one is to help out the future customers of this location and prevent future customer disappointment.
I go to Starbucks often because I like to do online work while I get my coffee, and typically internet is consistently good with this corporation. I honestly wouldn't pay for this 2nd-rate coffee if it weren't for the consistently good internet.
But here is a location in Newhall where you can't watch any online videos. And this is something I do consistently for school work. I politely informed the cashier about my experience with the internet. And he politely informed me that 1. There have been many other complaints about this and 2. Management knows about this issue, hasn't done anything to resolve it, and probably won't....
This is completely unacceptable and why you are now seeing this review.
I hope the management fixes this issue for the sake of future customers of this location, however, I will never go to this location myself ever again. Like I said this is the only reason why I come here, and I know I'm not the only one. Just look around at all the laptops!
P.S. Honu Coffee is just a few blocks down the street & has EXCELLENT coffee that SB can’t even compete with, and EXCELLENT internet...I know this because I am here right now watching my online...
Read moreAfter a year of being a loyal customer I was told unless I sat inside the store where the very loud obnoxious music is playing or took a seat out side in the pitch black patio area where at 5am it’s freezing and also 3 feet from the loud speaker of the drive through I would no longer be able to receive the standard refill I usually get I will no have to pay full price for another cup of coffee. I’ve been sitting in my SUV that I park right out in front of the store about ten feet from the front door where I could sit and enjoy peace and quiet read my morning news in private, I spend over $100 a month on my app at this place and while the front counter service isn’t always the best “usually by the one person who seems to be to busy never has a smile” I sometimes stand their like a statue waiting to get served let you figure out who I’m talking about won’t be hard tells me the owner says that this is the new policy so if the new owner doesn’t need the $1200 plus a year in my business or it was just bullshit and she just didn’t want to give me the refill I can get at every other Starbucks while sitting in my truck than see ya guess we are done...
Read moreI stopped by this Starbucks today in the morning to get a bagel. I was in the area down the street and was hungry. When I came, I parked near the entrance since it was early morning and they weren't busy yet. I went inside to place my order of the plain bagel. The women taking my order was friendly and polite. It didn't take long for my bagel to be ready and I ate it in the parking lot inside my car. They give me a plastic knife to use for my cream cheese which never happen before. I thought my plain bagel was good. My friend then called me and asked if I could get me a everything bagel. So I went back inside and this time a man took my order who handed me my original bagel and he told me they were out of the everything bagel. So I went with a plain bagel again.
