Ordered a giant #14. It was supposed to come with turkey and roast beef but was missing the roast beef. Called back and was told I could get in store credit which was 1 free giant sub.

I called a couple days later to make sure the deal will be honored, the person I spoke to said yes and they would have my sandwich ready to come pick up.

I was already on my way to go get it when I recieved a call from them and was told that they could not honor the deal when I was previously told twice they would. Apparently the very first person I spoke to did not write anything down as proof of my in store credit, and did not inform their manager.

Ordered a Billy but asked to sub out the ham for salami instead. Every single sandwich place I have ever been to in my entire life did not charge to sub out a diff meat unless I’m trying to upgrade to like wagyu or something, and even then, they will give you a heads up that there’s an extra charge.

Stumbled on this place today. After a little bit of persuasion from the cashier. I picked the Italian nightclub #9. All the ingredients taste fresh. With the bread toasty and warm adds that crunch. Atmosphere place looks nice and a clean well read bathroom. I would definitely try something else so I can compare...
