Service: The woman assisting us was kind and attentive. Initially she told us the price for a regular elote was $5 each. We ordered two regular elotes, one Hot Cheeto elote, and one fresas con crema. To our surprise, the total bill, including tax, was $35.30 for these four items.

Upon reviewing the receipt, I saw that we were charged $12.48 for two regular elotes, equating to $6.24 per elote before tax. When I asked about this discrepancy with another employee, I was told that the elotes were priced "5 and some change," citing taxes as the likely reason for the higher charge. However, when I pointed out the separate tax line on the receipt, the conversation was abruptly dismissed, with the employee insisting that all charges were accurate.

While I understand mistakes can happen, it was the dismissive attitude and unclear explanation that made it a negative experience for me. Transparency regarding pricing is crucial for a positive customer experience.

Food: Although two of the three elotes were enjoyable, one didn’t taste or look fresh.

When ordering fresas con crema you have the option of ordering fresh or frozen strawberries. We ordered the fresh strawberries.

I came in here in here from shopping in the shopping center to get an ice cream shake for my toddler and I. I didnt pay much attention to the inside until after I ordered my ice cream drinks I asked if I could take my son to the restroom. I was told they didn't have one so I looked and seen it was blocked off with a room divider and there a were actually a couple signs saying - no customer restroom- one even said-so don't even ask! I didn't leave a tip because I couldn't believe what I saw but I thought I'd leave a tip here on here- Treat your customers well and they'll come back!
