Absolutely wasted $120! I have never, ever had a Professional Massage before and I was really looking forward to it! Sad thing, my 4yr old Granddaughter could have done a better job! I paid for Sweedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone amd Tiger balm. I requested mainly neck and shoulders and even circled the target areas on a diagram. She barely touched my neck/shoulders. Kept rubbing my lower back in a circular motion with cold, wet rocks. No technique or skill. No tiqer balm or massage oil. Just water. She didn't speak any English and just kept "Nodding and smiling" when I would again request neck and shoulders. Entire time sans 5 min was spent on lower back. Nothing to front or requested target areas. Spent maybe 5 min between both feet pressing with her thumbs in what I am only to.assume was suppossed to be some sort of pressure point. My Nail tech does a better job! The massage was $99 and I tipped $20. She had the audicity to ask me for more! And stated "Why you no tip me?" She is lucky my Moral Compass gave her that. Horrible experience. A total wastenif time and money! I would give negative Stars...

I took my mom on a little date to the Lux 365 Thai Massage today and Kathy was Impeccable. I will ask for her every time!!!! She used all her might and all her weight to make sure I felt relaxed and got all my knots and tension out. I would’ve paid for another hour if I could. I am a caregiver who has started 4 consecutive 12 hour shifts a week this week. And I am beyond overworked and under slept. I don’t have time for myself or dealing with certain stresses. I thought my mom would enjoy it and I definitely did. Her girl was way tooo eager to get the exact tip Kathy did and I was going to give them the same and I did even with her push I was, even after my mom said that she was way too rough although my mom didn’t speak up. It pissed me off because Kathy was nowhere to be seen when giving her tip. She knew her worth as a masseuse. She was Amazing!

The masseuse’s were amazing and very polite and a delight to be around. However, the older man that works as the receptionist was rude and demanded a 40%tip in a very rude manner. I was caught off guard and asked the man what he meant by that 40% tip and he pointed at a sign and said this is the tip rate here .The sign he pointed to said 90min session =30$ tip and a 60 mins session =20$. I had purchased two massages that day for myself and my girlfriend. The total was almost close to 200$ and the older man was unsatisfied with the tip we already have given the masseuses which was appreciated by the masseuses that we had. The cost of the tip (if required) should be included in the price of the massage as gratitude is what the consumer deems appropriate, not the institution.
