Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I went into the shop this morning and ordered to go. When I got to my destination, I noticed my ordered was made incorrectly and called immediately to report it. I requested a credit for a future visit and was denied. I was met with complete rudeness. The employee argued with me and told me I ordered my food wrong. I explained that I have food allergies so I could not eat what I received. They were insistent that I ordered what I received and became aggressive towards me. I have lived in Santa Clarita all my life and never have I had a horrible experience at s&s donuts until today! Two things they have that are seriously next level good. Their plain ole yeast glazed doughnut. I know what you're thinking, it's a glazed doughnut, everyone has them. Nope, nope, nopity no. Not like these guys. It is PERFECTION. It's not too sweet (krispy kreme) it's fluffy, the glaze is just the right amount and they melt in your mouth. Seriously, best glazed doughnut I've ever had. They're ridiculously good. Their ham and cheese croissant. WHAT! It's mind blowingly delicious. Especially if you get there early and they're still warm, Holy smokes....
