Luv Ramen & BBQ — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Ate in this place at Dinner time, very small place, lady waitress told us 30min wait, w/c we waited. We were seated on a corner where they added a tiny table, chair and tiny table was DIRTY , requested the waitress to wipe it, she wiped the chair and table with wet cloth and left it as it is WET!, we have to ask for paper towel for US to wipe it dry. Time to order! We ordered Ramen and our little one just wanted to share so we asked for extra plate, lady waitress said they DONT HAVE EXTRA PLATES or BOWLS AVAILABLE!!😳 There we’re literally only 15 costumers dined in!!! We even asked if they have to go styrofoam plates or bowls she said just small plastic to go box w/c we agreed to have BUT AT THE END SHE DID NOT GIVE US ANY!!! For our water: we had 2 regular cups, 1 styrofoam cup and 1 small metal cup which seemed to be they’re employee cup😳😠 BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF CUP AS WELL!!!! Food wasn’t as good as the other Love Ramen branches. Ramen noodle was half cooked and broth was TOO SALTY!!! BOTTOM LINE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BRANCH!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AT ALL! Walked into an empty restaurant and the waitress' response was "oh!" Not even a hello. Just surprise that someone wanted to enter the building. Maybe if the music was not as loud as a club on a late Friday night, she wouldnt have been so shocked to see patrons AT LUNCH TIME. When we asked to turn down the music so we could hear our thoughts and the mousey volume of the waitress, her response was "Im not sure. Ill ask."

Water was warm and served in a tin cup. My partner was served his food when the waitress asked me to change my noodle choice because they ran out. 2 seconds later, she brings me the dish. They had my dish prepared and ready with the wrong noodles. Were they really out of stock or they messed up my order and didn't want to fix it?

Food was salty and overcooked. Pork was dry and that was even when it was bathed in salty broth.

Lack of table touching and customer service really ruined the meal. Love Ramen as a company has good food but this location in particular has a lot left...

I had been driving by this place for a while waiting for it open. Went in on a Sunday around dinner time walked in and they were somewhat busy but had a few tables empty, however what really annoyed me is no one greeted us, even though they were walking around us less than a foot away, whatever no biggie. We finally get seated and they bring is over one 1 napkin and 1 set of chopsticks (we were a party of 2) again not a big deal. We ordered tempura shrimp and 2 spicy Tonkotsu Miso. The shrimp and the sauce it came with is the only reason they are getting a 3 start not a 2. It was amazing!! Crispy but not over chewy shrimp. The ramen was a fail :( The ramen was very watery, the noodles were okay, the pork slices were not flavorful at all. The soup itself was so spicy that you couldn't really taste any flavor just spicy.
