I had been going to the restaurant in the mornings for a while and hadn't had any issues for the last couple of months. However, whenever I went in the evenings, it seemed like there was always an issue. Today, the issue was when I called to find out what comes on the grilled chicken sandwich. The person told me there was tomato, mayonnaise, and Swiss cheese. I simply said, "Can you change the Swiss cheese for American or cheddar?" He said, "No problem." When I got there, they showed me on the register where they charged me $1.75 for sour cream, but he said it was because I wanted cheese. I looked at the cashier and said, "Didn't you answer the phone and tell me that cheese was included?" He said, "Yes, I was mistaken." I replied, "So take the cheese off then." They said, "OK, we'll tell the cook," and then they came back and said, "We don't like to waste food, so we're gonna leave it on this time." The cashier kept making comments about charging me for cheese next time, but I repeated multiple times that I didn't care about the cheese because they had told me it came on the sandwich. They gave me a closed bag, and I asked if there were napkins in there, and he said yes. When I went to the car, the fries were ice cold, and there were no napkins, so I brought the fries back in. The team lead, I guess, came back with some more fries, which were barely lukewarm. I shook my head because now I was going to look like the problem because I didn't want to pay three dollars for lukewarm fries that would be cold by the time I got home. I decided to go ahead and keep the fries, but she made it her business to tell me again that next time I come, they're going to charge me for cheese. They just don't get it. They've been petty over some cheese that I didn't ask for, and it was their mistake. They gave me cold fries twice and charged me 14 bucks. Needless to say, their service is going downhill. Maybe it's because the night shift doesn't have sufficient management. I don't know which one it is, but it's definitely time to change...

I called in an order for a cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, a bowl of chili, Taquitos, an small order of fries and a small order of onion rings. I was told about a half hour. I arrived and sat in my car for about 25 minutes before going in. I paid for my order and sat down. I noticed that people were coming in after me, ordering and getting their order before mine. The drive thru was busy but moving. After 40 minutes from placing my order I went to ask what is up with my order. It turns out that my order was done some time ago but they were waiting for the chicken sandwich. So now my order is getting cold (cold fries suck). I ask to get a new order of fries and onion rings because they were cold. They dropped my fries and onion rings into the cooker. Not good.
Most likely they forgot my chicken sandwich and didn’t realize it until they packed the bags. I ended up waiting 48 minutes for my order. The fries and onion rings were inedible. I had to throw them away. The bun on the cold cheeseburger was stale and fell apart. The chili cold.
Basically the meal was awful. The experience was horrible. I’m not going back to Everest for at least a year (12 months). I was eating there about once a week. So be prepared to roll the dice and hope you get a edible meal.

Read moreWell not sure how to start this review out but bare with me.....previously I loved this place....so fresh and made to order...not sure if things have changed but one thing is for sure i didn't see the usual workers there...one other note I gave Everest five stars before so you know we loved it here...I got a taco and a burger and I have never been so sick in my life and I have had Covid twice..on top of everything I had an allergic reaction to something there and I ended up in urgent care....yes i know...thats not even the worst of it...the next day I spent all day in the ER...yes ER!!!! Major rash all over my body swollen face, lips, tongue, to the point I had a hard time swallowing...absolutely horrible....I have ordered this same thing for years but they have lost our families business!! So sad and I know it was from here because that was the only thing I ate all day!!! No questions about it!! Last note.. noticed there was nobody in line in front of me... very unusual for 5 or 5:30pm... did I not get the memo... so crazy that was last Tuesday and it's now Friday and I'm still messed up..this has never happened to me before...is it under new management or...
