Of all the McDonald's in the area and I don't go to many, this is my favorite though there are definite signs that improvements need to be made.
First the restaurant itself in the dining room is very clean, I'm not sure how often employees come out and sweep and clean the tables but it's enough that the restaurant looks tidy.
Every time I have used the bathrooms here, they are clean and stocked and without foul odors, which is about the best you can expect for a fast food restaurant bathroom.
They do have a couple of kiosks where you can order your own food. However they're supposed to have numbered tents on the side which are never there and no one ever replaces or stocks them. Additionally, you have to walk up and ask for a cup for your drink. And I would say about half the time the receipt paper is empty. They need to do a better job of keeping the kiosks stocked. Especially since there is often no one at the registers as they are busy working and assisting the others in the back. This of course leads to another problem where people walk in and are standing in front of the registers and because there is a wall with a bank of order/tv screens, someone in the back would have to look around the corner to see if someone was waiting. They need to do a better job of monitoring that.
I do commend the workers who I don't see slacking off in any way, and are always busy and friendly. I do wish they would bring back the dine in trays and start refilling the automated ketchup dispenser. It's time, don't blame covid.
This location always has a line for the drive-thru so if you come into the parking lot and don't see a line consider yourself lucky.
I will say that I did order the mobile app and that my order took approximately 10 minutes to fill which is not bad since I custom ordered my sandwich. And the french fries were very hot and I will always be happy to wait for fresh fries. The mobile app worked well and when my order was ready, the employee said a number I didn't recognize and then added "mobile order?" So I can say that the mobile app works flawlessly.
I do wish that this location would upgrade their soda fountain offerings. The same old tired soda choices in a world where many restaurants now have Coca-Cola freestyle machines stands out as archaic and not customer centric.

So I went ahead and waited to talk to a representative. He explained you would accumulate the points. I told him I did and it's already been deducted. So he says let me think how to solve your issue. So he said I can do this give you one mcChick for free and the next one with be 2 something. I responded to him that so you're telling me I lose my points that I spent. Than he said oh yeah .... Hhhhhmmmmm he tried to do it again and give me a loop around so I showed him that these had 2 different codes. He than responded well it's not in the system I don't even see it at all.
