When we went in, we had to turn around and walk out to find a different donut place because the female employee was speaking in broken English through a dirty mask.

I couldn't really hear the woman that was speaking to us, because of the mask and the broken English was strange because I felt weird. I'm not a terrible person that hates foreigners or anything of that nature, but I didn't like the fact that the woman just turned around and walked into the back of the establishment out of sight and left us hanging there. It wasn't because I said anything rude. Believe me, I don't mess with the people that prepare/handle my food.

Because of this experience, I have no desire to go back. Other reviews claim this place is great and I wish I had a chance to try it.

They were able to make and deliver my daughter her birthday cake 🎂 last minute and it was so beautiful!! I wanted a tower cake but unfortunately they didn't have one at that moment, but they still managed to pull through and deliver a beautiful cake. I ordered 2 cakes with 72 cupcakes, all under 200. Custom design. I'll definitely be ordering from them, again. Customer service was prompt and they are very respectful. My only tip is to give exact details, preferably in person. I will start by saying I love the tamales but I’m giving one star as I went to get a dozen of tamales, as I approach and order the lady is counting cash from the register she then goes to the back, does not wash her hands let alone wear any gloves and just grabs the tamales like that bear hands. As well as the dozen doughnuts I bought, she grabbed with a paper but to be honest that was just plain disgusting. I can only imagine the food they touch without washing hands. Terrible and unsanitary. There was another lady ordering tamales and doughnuts, same she charged this lady and then goes to the back and starts getting food. So nasty. This should be reported to FDA.
