Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Just went to this location this morning to get a bagel, the “old man” approached me and asked what i wanted so i asked “can i get a regular bagel” (i thought i was pointing at the regular) then he says “that’s not the regular” so then i said “okay just let me get the one that is regular.” After that i noticed he started getting a little attitude towards even though im respectful and watch the way i speak to others. Then he asks “do you want anything else?” (Me thinking he would put cream cheese on it since that’s how you eat a bagel lol...well most people). Anyways i replied with “no that’s it” so he started ringing me up at the register, then i stopped him and said “oh yeah can i get cream cheese on it?” This dude really had the audacity to turn around and tell me “i thought you didn't want anything else?” I was surprised because he looked like he just had a problem with me overall. So i simply responded with “nevermind i don't want it anymore.” (Told him i didnt want it before he put anything on it) He basically started putting on plastic gloves all mad just because i asked for cream cheese on the damn bagel lmao but whatever I hope this little description of this place is helpful to some people in the area. Would give this place zero...

If you are looking for a real and truthful review I'm here. Ok let's start with dounts or doughnuts. They make them pretty good! different kinds, creative, and I saw a dount of Halloween that had orange frosting but it tasted like orange! It was pretty good! The Halloween dounts were so creative and yummy! Excited to see what they gave for Thanksgiving as well as chirstmas! Next is the other foods like bagel sandwiches and pumkin bread+banana they were SO SO good!! Bagel sandwiches are so good for dinner or lunch!

Service Ok Service here is good! These people would love to talk to you and aren't mean,nor rushing. Some workers there work really hard! my favorites are brenda and esme! Can't forget the guy who works at night! Spanish, English they have it!

Overall 5/5 this place is amazing they should literally have more then 4.0 stars.. I've been here for so many times cause how good it was. Some reviews some years ago here horrible. I'm pretty sure they had a different manager. BUT NOW ITS BETTERRRR! wait forgot drinks... they are so good and healthy!! Good for vegans! In love with this place I want...

Being a first time here I had normal expectations of how place would be. When you enter the restaurant looks clean with all the racks full of doughnuts it looks like a nice and welcoming place but thennnnn you get to the staff I was helped by a young Asian women. No greeting given just "what you want" I placed and got some coffee creamer and she basically tossed then at me instead of giving them and after I payed something happened with the return of my CC. With all this social distancing they have a table set up in front of the check to further the distance between you and the staff well this lady kept the food on her side making me stretch over almost to behind the cash register to be able to obtain my food. Overall food is normal as is the coffee the only down side for this place is the staff other than that this would be a great yum Yun location I am surprised this type of customer service is allowed by yum yum you would expect better...
