Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

If I were Chipotle I'd consider shutting this location down, as it seems to be giving a bad impression of all Chipotle locations. The food is usually pretty good, but the staff, oh the staff... Is this location locally owned? I have to imagine that if they were a franchise location most of the workers wouldn't last more than a week. Extremely small portions compared to other Chipotles, extremely dry and occasionally rude customer service... There's seriously no reason to come here over literally anywhere else. Often late opening, and no one seems to care about a thing. Everyone hates their job and they make sure to let the customers know it. I cannot tolerate the manager, probably the worst person in the whole joint. Just go somewhere else or make the trip to the nearest Chipotle that ISN'T this one.

P.S. If you're going to charge me for extra cheese, maybe put a bit more on in the first place. And don't make me pay for each tiny 2-finger pinch. Absolutely pathetic how greedy they think they have to be...

I've come to this location a few times but I have to say this will be my last. Every single employee looked extremely grumpy and irritated to be there. At 920pm, they had no ingredients left..no sour cream. No guac. No lettuce. No cheese. No-one stopped and went to the back and got more of anything..they just stared at me like asking for cheese was asking for their firstborn. When the girl finally finished my burrito (patiently waited as she helped every pick up order that came through the door before finishing my order) she couldn't fit it in the foil and grabbed it, heated another tortilla and ripped my tortilla open and dumped it on another tortilla and attempted to re-roll it. This chain is a bit on the pricey side...nothing was fresh, I walked away with minimal ingredients that looked like throw up in foil. Go...

Went here last night for dinner since I'm on keto and I can't eat much. I got a salad basically with carnitas and barbacoa, cheese, and sour cream, romaine lettuce. When I got home, I took a bite of my food and it tastes rancid, like it was covered in mold. I spit that out to see the most nauseating piece of meat I've ever seen. I thought it was a bad piece and went to mix my food to eat more when I saw there was a BUG IN MY LETTUCE!!! I picked thru the rest and all I found were more fleshy smelly pieces of meat but after the bug I couldn't eat it anyway. I was very disappointed since I love chipotle, but with my anxiety I don't think I can eat...
