This Jamba Juice is usually really good but totally disappointed in the service. Today my daughter preorder a drink on her way to work. She gave them the time it should be ready for pick my daughter went into pick up her drink and it wasn’t even made yet. She was so upset since she had already paid for it. But was unable to wait since she was on her way to work. They did nothing to resolve the situation or try to hurry in the process to get her drink in a timely matter. I really like Jamba, though a little pricey they still serve great drinks. I recently ordered a drink and right as they were about to pour it into the cup one of the employees dropped some on her hand. She then proceeded to put the slush from her hand into the cup.🤢 The employee was not wearing gloves. I went up to the cashier and told asked if they could make me a new drink. Jumba Juice is always a hit or miss but today I cannot let this one go. I ordered a Citrus Kick and it tasted like water with some ginger. Couldn't detect even a hint of orange nor pineapple. Such a disappointing drink for the price. You'd think with how pricey it is that they'd use enough fruit to make sure it tastes like so... From now on I'm sticking to their freshly squeezed juices. No way they can mess that...
