Update 11/2/2024. Please, please, please -Taco Bell crew, dont forget to add the tasty red sauce to the tostada shell, on top of , or before spreading on the beans, on the new (Decades) menu, as it was always added before they were discontinued several years ago. I placed my order to go, so I didn't notice that the sauce was missing until I got it home, bummer. The tostadas tasted dry without the red sauce. That sauce is on the ingredients included list , and the sauce is seen applied on the menu photo for the tostada itself, and is what makes the tostada worth ordering. This is my go to Taco Bell location because the restaurant is always clean and the staff always seem focused on their jobs. The food here is tasty as opposed to other locations where the food tastes bland. I do have one gripe though. I learned that they brought back the green sauce on a previous visit, so I ordered two green chili bean burritos w/meat. The green sauce didn't taste as good as it did before corporate's massive blunder by dropping it altogether from the menu over two years ago along with the tostadas. This particular version of green sauce is overpowering and taste like vinegar. Too bad because a lot of customers enjoyed the discontinued green sauce...
Read moreSo confusing. My dear friend had wanted a Mnt. Dew baja blast, and was told they did not have baja blasts, due to their machinery. I have been to other locations of Taco Bell and this has happened to me as well. I personally don’t understand how this could be a problem so often. It’s a real problem that NEEDS a solution. But back to my dearest friend. We had gone to this very Taco Bell and was told that they didn’t have any (which has happened way too many times). So MANY minutes later I had checked again, just to see if maybe they were lying or whatnot, and oh! all of a sudden the machine was working. Now hear me out, they told me they didn’t have any! Then they told me after it was the machine. So tell me, what was it really? Taco Bell, be honest with me. And you know what. I have another complaint in all honestly. WHERE ARE THE NACHO FRIES GOING? I wanted to stay professional here but I honestly can’t. I am, OUTRAGED. to say the least. Those things were my lord and savior right there. Very disappointed they are taking that out but oh well what can I do. The baja blasts supplies running low, the machinery, and the lying NEEDS to stop though. Sad to say I will not be going back to this Taco Bell off of Carmenita Rd. and...
Read moreI am not happy at all with the service i have received at this particular Taco Bell in Santa Fe Springs,Calif on Carmenita and Florence ave. This is the first time I decided to leave a review. I couldn't keep my concerns quiet anymore. For the past 6 months I have been doing late night Taco Bell runs and every single time I get home my order is incorrect. Tonight about 9:40pm I bought 2 burrito supreme, one without sour cream and one with, a bean and cheese burrito with no onions and no sour cream, regular 3 soft taco combo and 2 tacos. I was given both Supreme burritos without sour cream, the bean burrito had sour cream and the soft tacos were supreme. The shellsfor the regular tacos were stale. And to top it off, the server asked me if I wanted my receipt and i said yes. I assumed he put it in the bag and he did not so I am unable to prove my purchase. And yes the monitor on the screen was correct but my order...
