I bought this extreme melt this morning. This is a favorite of mine. It cost $11.04. This particular one tasted horrible. The bagel is so dark. The bagel has a weird sour smell to it. It was super tough to eat. I called yum yum to complain and all I got was an I'm sorry. No please come back so we can make it right for you. Nothing. For $11 and I go there often...I was hoping this would be handled better. Very poor customer service.
