I have been ordering food from Wong's for about 10 months now. During that 10 months my food has usually been very good and I was usually pleased with the food . It does take them a little longer to deliver the food you order sometimes. The past few times I have ordered my order was messed up. I order sweet-n-sour sauce with my crab claws and I didn't get it the last 2 times. I also ordered 2 Crab Claws once and they only brought 1 order. When I called they said they would give me a free order next time.This is not a big issue and I can get passed that I thought. I order from them again.This time I order Egg Foo Young and 2 orders of Chicken Wings. The Egg Foo Young was delicious as usual but the Chicken Wings were cooked so long that they were hard and dried out. I call to get this taken care of and all the lady said was that the driver was out now. I asked if she could fix my order and she told me that the driver is out and next time she can do 1 free order of wings.I explained to her that I paid $12 to have wings now not the next time .All she could say is the next time I give you 1 free chicken wing. I finally got upset and raised my voice and told her that we wanted wings now and that's why we ordered them and now the other's can't eat b/c the food is no good. I will never order from here again.    Read moreVery first time I tried to order for delivery. Female answered the phone took the order. Told me it would be 40 minutes. An hour later I called back. I checked the timestamp on my phone to make sure it was an hour. She answered immediately put me on hold however she just sat the phone down. She was taking another order told them it would be 15 minutes. Iâm assuming that was carry out. When she got on the phone, I explained the situation to her. All she wanted to do was argue . She even tried to tell me she had to call timestamp. Problem is I had it time stamped as well. Then she started telling me that the driver was on his way and itâd be another 20 or 30 minutes. I told her no I wanted to cancel my order. She argued some more didnât want to cancel. My order kept telling me the driver was on his way. My order was still sitting in the store apparently an hour after I ordered it. After more arguing, she finally said so you want to cancel. I said yes she said OK and hung up the phone. I called back to talk to the manager, she immediately told me she was too busy and the manager wasnât there. I clarified that I wanted to ensure if the order was canceled. She said no Problem. Well I called in an order the low mein fried wings fries and soda. After receiving ice cold wings no soda and no fries I tried numerous times that day to call and get it corrected to no avail. So I tried again the very next day. They put me on with Dave who seems to be about the most arrogant guy making 7.75 an hour he claims to be the manager refused to correct anything asked if I still had the cold wings from the day before. Too bad the owner wasnât their we have done business together for years and am very thankful for him but as long as Dave is there I will never spend money with this company again.
