Idiot little brown mustache boy at the front asked if i have an online order i said yes because i did and i gave him the first last name he came back with a bag which was not my order and i asked him where’s my drink he said i didn’t have one even tho i got a combo . then i argue i had a combo bc he is not going to tell me that i don’t when i paid for it. I got my drink then once i get home i open the bag and i get someone else’s order. How difficult is that? I gave him my first and last name and he gives me someone else’s order?!? Really 🤣 I kept the bag cause it was a lot of food wasn’t even worth going back to complain he’s a whole idiot...

Online pickup always takes forever it said it was going to take 18-23 mins on a Sunday at 11pm. I went in when it was supposed to be ready.. when I went in there was no one there except another guy who was waiting for his food. The girl cashier with glasses doesn’t look like she likes working and gave me a gross look when I came in. Anyways she told me that my food will be ready in 10 more minutes which I don’t get because no one was there. 10 minutes after I got my food I didn’t get a thank you or anything from that girl . If you don’t like working there you should probably just quit.🤡...

Pro Tip: when ordering online and given the estimated time for pick up, keep in mind to add another 30-45min to that time. When ordering inside, it will be around an hour for your order to be ready. When ordering for a future time, for example, ordering at 6pm to pick up for 930pm, come at 10pm. Follow these guidelines and you will not be wasting your time waiting and being angry sitting there.
