This plave is not a good place. They used to have blacks there too. Now all hispanic and trey just remodeled. All of sudden after the remodel all the staff all like the same race. I though McDonald's was equal opportunity employer. Guess not. Today I went there to use the restroom. I was told I couldn't use the restroom unless I bought something. I explained that it was an emergency and I just have to take a number one and I will be on my way. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager told me the same thing you have to buy something. I told the manager I really had to use the restroom it was an emergency I'll be in and out that's all I need it and I was still denied. Every time I come to this place is always something. Things to give me cold food all the time I would ask for fresh food and they would make me wait 20 to 30 minutes I would just wait while standing there looking at her. I wasn't really strong with expressing myself oh, now I express myself a little bit more. I just thought that everybody should know is this place really isn't a nice place to be I wouldn't give them a dime of my money. When did they treat people and I've always treated people is not okay if I was a business owner in a McDonald's along to me I would fire the entire staff shut the McDonald's down and start new with the whole new staff of all Races and ethnicities different religions in different ways of being themselves instead of running it like Fort Knox and no one even speaks English. Not a respectable place and I think a lot of changes need to happen. The last thing that we all need is a petition being signed to shutdown a very nasty, disrespectful, unprofessional in very unreliable restaurant in one of the most popular places in California. Let's get back together McDonald's or else I'll go to the next level and bringing all these customers that also it's like this McDonald's. We even go one more step above and bring the in all your future customers who have never been there before just to mention on how they've had experiences at McDonald's that were so exceptionally great and then compare it to the way that you treat all the customers who've walked out of McDonald's and see if they'll never come back I don't think we want this to be a topic...

First problem, tried to order through the kiosk... those were all malfunctioning yet no signs were placed on them.
Second, go to counter to order.. might as well as ordered from the broken kiosk. They had to be a emotionless robot.
All I ordered was a double cheeseburger combo. (Not for me)
20 min later
We went up to the counter to ask for our order and this lady says NOTHING, goes to this rack, pulls a bag and throws it on the counter and walks away.....
Hold up...errrrrrkkk... ✋️ not feeling it. So I reach in the bag to check it and the fries are cold and the sandwich is warm. So I wait till I make eye contact with that same lady and wave her over. I tell her as I am showing her, the fries are cold. Her reply " I call your number".
I explained to the lady that we have been standing waiting in the same spot the whole time listening and our number was never called and now our fried are cold. The lady then took my fries out of my hand and just threw them in the garbage and went on to doing something else. I was speechless. So now I have a cold sandwich and no fries. I continued to attempt to get her attention but that was not going to happen. So I found another lady who was actually kind enough to get me my fries. I told her the other lady forgot my drink also. So while she was handing me my drink, another lady politely came up and asked for some ice even said she would buy it if she had to. That same lady that threw my fries away tells her they don't have ice... WTHeck?!?! I shook my and yup there was ice so I know there was ice. They went back and forth for a bit then that same worker ended up with a handful of change being thrown at her face with some pretty words to make it sweeter. Usually I would have stepped in but... Karma found her b** quick...

Because what fast-food giant McDonald's mixes into its fries has much more in common with a setup in a test lab than with delicious, crispy fried potato sticks.
Tertiary butylhydroquinone, polydimethylsiloxane, and disodium hydrogen phosphate – the list of ingredients in French fries is long. A total of 12 additives "refine" McDonald's fries. The shocking thing is that each of these additives is permitted in Germany, but in many cases, higher doses have worrying side effects.
Additive number one: tertiary butylhydroquinone. An antioxidant used in the USA, among other things, for the production of biodiesel. The silicone polydimethylsiloxane is used for safety reasons, according to McDonald's. It's supposed to protect against boiling frying oil overflowing. In reality, it actually protects against sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted offspring. Polydimethylsiloxane is also used to lubricate condoms and as an ingredient in pharmaceuticals. Another component of fries is dextrose. It gives the potato sticks their bright yellow color. Consumed in high doses, dextrose can lead to allergic reactions and osteoporosis.
Unfortunate news for vegans: McDonald's French fries are anything but vegan. While fries used to be fried in beef tallow, this loss of flavor is now compensated for by adding natural beef flavoring. French fries are not only full of additives, but also full of fat. They are pre-fried, flash-frozen, and fried again. And ultimately, at 510 kcal per (large) serving, they pack a serious punch. A healthy diet doesn't look like that.
