I stay there on Christmas Eve. When I tried to take a shower on Christmas Day, the water was dark brown and full of sentiment, even after I let the shower run. It was unsafe to use for a shower or rinsing my mouth. The front desk gave me inconsistent information on who to talk to about this. When I finally reached Adam Turnbeaugh, he said he was on sick leave, with no specific date of return. He never called me back or gave me someone else to talk to. I wrote to David Enray who said he could not help me and couldn’t find anyone to help me. To add insult to injury although I paid 2,000 in full on December 1, I got a credit card charge for 1,000 for the deposit on December 25. When I pointed this out to Alan in accounting, he reversed the deposit charge. I wonder how often this happens. He seemed awfully casual about it and reversed the charge right away. I WOULD NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. IT IS UNSAFE AND THE ACCOUNTING PRACTICES APPEAR...
