Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Carl's Jr.. it's almost Hardee's. Wait, same company? I stand by my original statement.

I come here almost every Sunday morning to get some breakfast while I'm on a break at work. It is usually fairly empty (8:30-9AM) and the staff is nice, even when they are understaffed.

The food is typical Carl's Jr. fare. You can get fries, a breakfast burrito, some coffee (not recommended) or orange juice. The biscuits are fresh, and they don't let fries sit under the heat lamp for too long before making another batch.

I won't blame the staff for the location. You do get the occasional person that is there to get the key for the bathroom so they can walk in and start yelling while changing clothes. That's fine, it's a part of life. Just know that there is a possibility you may have that experience.

If you dine-in, they will bring your order to you. I find that nice, because sometimes I go there by myself to do some work, and I don't have to hover at the counter while people ask if I ordered already.

All in all, it's a Carl's Jr. I don't think they'll be getting a Michelin Star in the near future, but it's quick, good, and sometimes exciting. A little rough around the edges, but who intensely studies Yelp reviews before they get a 2,200 calorie...

I used to go here I swear everyday every night and now I just have slowed down to maybe once a month for the grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches. The thing about this particular Carl's Jr is that they won me over when I crashed my car. I used to walk over there and see the cars driving through and just died a little inside because I was so jealous then one night I had the balls to walk up to the window and asked if I could place an order and a wonderful former employee named Dennis said of course you can and we became fast friends and he is an amazing person who saved my soul when I had no Auto and gave me burgers and fries I will never forget him and he now works at a local grocery store and I will not name it because I do not have his permission anyway my point being the people that work there just as good as the food thank you Carl's jr. The red hair middle age lady she got paid but she she does not want to work. I came tonight to order some burgers . That lady through the drive-thru told me wait. I waited for 3mins . Then she said I need to drive to the packing lots to order . I was wondering why did I have to go there . I asked her to make sure I heard correctly, but she did not responded. I drove to the window , and she pointed me to go to the parking lots. I parked and waited in the parking lots for 10mins, and she did not come to me . I drove to the front of the store and made the eye contact with her hoping she would take my order. She glanced at me , I know she saw me but she pretended that she did not .
