I would have given this one star if it was not for Julia taking over. I have never had a bad Warby Parker experience until my last visit to Montgomery Village in Santa Rosa. I had to rush over after work to get there before the store closed. Instead of the warm welcome I am usually greeted with a young man with short blonde hair that I did not recognize, approached me not to say hello or how can I help you, but to inform me that they are closing in 6 minutes, then walks away to tell the person that came in behind me they were closing in 5 minutes. Basically telling us we needed to hurry up and get out so they can leave. Then he started following me around the store . I told him I wanted to look and I would ask for help if I needed it. I also stated I was aware of the time and would be quick. I informed him I wanted to exchange the frames I purchased because they were causing discomfort around the nose and didn’t feel the line for the progressives were correct. He then says well “there Is no point for you to try on any wire frames then”. As if that should be his decision when I am spending almost $500 for glasses. A girl named Julia noticed my displeasure with how he was speaking to me and stepped in. She was kind, courteous, and actually think she may have needed to leave, but paused to help me. She could see her co worker was being rude and not how client’s expect to be treated, or talked to when in a Warby store. This young man will single handily ruin Warbys reputation in Santa Rosa if someone isn’t done about his terrible...
Read moreMy mother and I went to the Santa Rosa store to look in person at the styles. I have a difficult prescription, at least for me, and buying glasses is not my favorite thing to do. Our sales associate, Kay, was fantastic greeting us immediately and allowing us the time to look around without feeling pressured. She patiently answered all our questions and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. My mother purchased a pair and I purchased 2 pairs of glasses. When Kay realized there was a typo on one of our orders, her manager was quick to fix it with no hassle and even gave my mother a multi pair discount too though her order was only for one pair. I live in Napa but it was worth the drive for the excellent customer experience and I will definitely be back when I need a new pair of glasses. Thank you Kay for your professional attitude. It is obvious that that you take pride in your work and I appreciate that very...
Read moreUnable to talk to person at the store. They use only out sourced people and had to call three times to be connected to US based rep. Needed to place an order to replace my glasses. They insisted that I pay online ommediately or order won't be placed. When I first ordered glasses last year.at Store I didn't have to pay until I picked them up.
Sounds like another out source Scam today So different from last year when I called and spoke employee at the store not outsourced
Have had ID theft several times and I don't do Financials online or over the phone anymore.
Will go in person to order replacement glasses then never again will I do business with them.
Too bad because I had a wonderful experience last year and thought they would be go to place for ordering glasses. Out sourced employee just happened to be my 1st ID theft. A night mare! Imo American businesses should not be out sourcing! Too much risk to the...
