Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I ordered pizza, sandwich, pasta bowl and brownie cookie for delivery. Everything came great except the pasta bowl, I ordered it with no mushrooms and it had bunch in the pasta. I called to see if they could fix it and I got hung up on, so I called back again and a lady answered explain what happen, while explaining she was very rude, I asked for her name she told me she was under 18 so she could not give that out, no problem I said can I speak to your manger, she said hold on, she then came back on and said my manger made it he said there is no mushrooms in it, I said it's all here with lots of mushrooms not a bite taking, can I speak to your manager again she said hold on, goes and talks to him and comes back on he cant talk right now, I then asked what are we going to do about my pasta that is messed up. She stated I would have to come in and must bring back the other one, I explain I paid for it plus delivery charge and tip, I shouldn't have to go up there, she said they would charge me another delivery charge, so I went up there to avoid paying another delivery charge, went in showed them it was full of mushrooms and not a bite taken out of it, to have the manager hide in the back, while this lady at the counter complain that people do this all the time to get free food. They did fix it, but not without making a customer feel like I was a issue instead of fixing what I paid for, no apologies from them either! I Ordered Pizza for delivery. I found out later that it was 8 min before they were going to stop taking delivery orders. The person taking my order sounded like there were seething the fact I had wanted delivery at such a late hour. It got so bad I stopped my order and asked if I was doing something wrong? We’re they stopping delivery soon? The response was a very annoyed, “well I am taking your order aren’t I”. I decided to cancel my order because I was afraid they might try to mess with the food. I called back 10 min later and told the manager what had transpired. He said they record phone conversations, and he would check it out. He did not seem very concerned or reassuring that the matter would be address though. I called the morning manager to let him know what happened. If I was the manager or owner, I would want to know how I was presenting my establishment to the public. The morning manager said he would ask the night manager but didn’t take down my information or attempt to reassure me that things would be handled. The sad thing is I love the food but I am to concerned my food might get messed with when my number is pulled up. Tonight I just ordered pizza from a competitor and am not sure I will ever order dominoes, at least from this store. This might be my second yelp post ever, but the situation was so far beyond what should be excepted or what I would like to spend my money supporting. I have never had anything but decent delivery times regardless of the volume of calls they take on busy nights, they always let me know if it will b a little longer.

Ordering online works perfectly now after only a couple hiccups. The food is always hot n to my surprise still too hot to take a bite which I feel is great bcuz it just came out of the oven.

As a bonus I have now received (2) free items bcuz of the point system they have set up now, it's an added bonus.

The last thing I will say is I did receive my order one evening that had the wrong dessert. The order I placed was the last one that night so it was too late to call to correct the mistake.

But the next day I called n talked to the person on day shift n explained what happened the night before n without hesitation he apologized n told me he would correct it n had a driver bring me the correct dessert.

So with all of the positive things I've experienced with the Stony point rd store along with having the mistake corrected I have finally decided to write this review.

It's so easy for people to always talk about the negative aspect of a one time experience like it was the end of the world that they didn't get a napkin, or a hug, lol.

I wanted to let people know that the Stony point rd store is on point n bcuz of that I use them more than I used to.
