Fosters Freeze — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

The customer service from the Asian man that is always working sucks he is short and rude and I believe they're irritated every time I go get ice cream I always ask for extra nuts so he tells me every time that there is a charge for extra nuts I tell him that is okay everytime I get my ice cream back there is barely any nuts at all on it and I think to myself didn't I just pay for extra nuts and then if you say something to him about it he says I did put extra nuts on it so I just leave because I don't want to argue with him all I know is the customer is always right and if they pay for something extra they should get it he's not only like that with the nuts he's like that with all the condiments I've gotten a chocolate Sunday before as well and he barely put any chocolate on it at all so I go back up to him and tell him can I get a little bit more chocolate on this and he says there's chocolate on it I put it on there it is underneath the ice cream I thought to myself I'm not saying that you didn't put any at all but I would like a little more he was very short with me and very rude and said things under his breath he seems like a little...

Done with this place. Been a Roseland resident 15+ years and it's only gotten worse.

Owners are rude, hostile, confrontational.

My daughter (11) was given a $10 to get a Twister for herself. She ordered off the menu, Worms and Dirt, listed as a flavor option. $6.89 for a medium. She brought me back a handful of change.

When I went to ask the owner she immediately yelled at me. "Extra toppings!!!!" She insisted the menu item included extra toppings. She pointed to a sign in front of her claiming extra toppings were 99 cents (we were charged $1.40). The menu contains no suggestion that Worms and Dirt cost extra.

"Everyday!!!!" She yells at me. "Everyday someone complains! Extra toppings!!!" As she points at her small piece of paper taped to the ordering window.

It's not about $1.40. It's not about extra toppings for Worms and Dirt. It's always something. Hefty credit/debit fees (similarly not, or inaccurately posted), menu items prices being inaccurate, "specials" not being honored.

I've even had her tell me my order "sounds gross".

This place is awful. Never have I experience a stingier hamburger joint. My son ordered the chicken strip meal which was 4 strips barley bigger than a chicken nugget, about 16 fries and small drink for about $9. I ordered a cheese burger which was so overcooked it felt like I was chewing rubber and the customary 16 fries and small drink which was just under $9 and wished we'd gone to burger king.
