Worst customer service & no management to complain to. My boyfriend locked himself out of his phone & brought it in to be repaired. He was told he'd get a call the next day, which was Friday. By Monday, he still hadn't heard back from them, so he called. He was told an employee took the phone home with them to work on it. That is unacceptable, so he requested it back & asked for the district manager's number, which they refused to give out. He called again & they changed their story & said the phone was there, so he said he'd come pick it up & they told him he couldn't have it, as it wasn't fixed. We went in yesterday to pick it up & found out the cheap garbage phone they said was a loaner was now considered his upgrade, which was ridiculous. The phone he had is less than 3 months old & was $300, so no one is going to upgrade to an under $30 model. They flat out refused to correct THEIR mistake. The people there that day were nice enough & said they were sent there from other stores. Their manager was on the phone & was the one who should be fired. No one wants some stranger taking their phone home with them & no one wants garbage as an "upgrade". Avoid this location & frankly company, as they have no upper management to file a complaint with.
