Today I placed my order through door dash and when I recieved my order it wasn't correct I even wrote a special note on my order and it was missing stuff that was supposed to be on the sandwich and when I called the store on 4th street in santa rosa the lady I spoke to didn't seem to care that they messed my order up and blamed it on someone being new and I said that they should double check there orders before sending it out. Her response to my order being messed up your gonna have to contact door dash and why would I do that when it wasn't door dash fault overall bad experience they didn't even offer to remake it to make it right which is sad cause I order from there alot and I payed 25 dollars for a bagel sandwich and it was wrong i know if I was working there I would of made it right with the customer she didn't even seem to care which is the worse part so make sure u double check your order before leaving i couldnt cause I...
Read moreThis is my favorite bagel place in Santa Rosa! I work just down the road and I am always greeted with a smile and a great conversation. I go in at least once a week, and I felt called to leave a 5 star review after building a nice relationship with the employees here. I see there are some negative reviews and I think this is because they are expecting a fast moving big bagel shop. Grateful Bagel is small business, owned and operated by only a few employees, balancing door dash orders and walk-ins, so if you give them patience and consideration they will treat you exactly the same way in return. If you want to try their best bagels you have to go in earlier in the day as they run out of some later in the day. To me this shows how fresh all their bagels really are as they are made in the morning for that day. Thank you Grateful Bagel for making great bagels and always putting a smile...

The plain bagels do not taste like a plain bagel. It tasted like a cross between sourdough and blueberry. Also, the bagels had very little cream cheese—quite dry. We’ve had great experiences at other Grateful Bagel locations (Sebastopol) in comparison. We’ll keep going to the Sebastopol location ...
