Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Went through the drive thru, they forgot a bean burrito and an order of nachoes. We didn't notice until a mile away, so we drove back and went in to get it. Then called us liars, and were overall very rude in general even though it was their mistake ? I've been to taco bells all over the west coast because I honestly just love me some T-bell and never have I been treated so badly. Not to mention they messed up my quesadilla order as well, but I was okay with letting that slide. Then as we were ordering the lady kept cutting us off mid-sentence. Will not visit this Taco Bell ever again. Rather drive to a different one out of my way than deal...

Monday, October 12, 2020 crew at 2pm decided my stacker box and a chalupa was too big to make. Had us pull around front. We eat vegetarian. I ordered all items with black beans instead of beef. I must have said black beans 4 separate times. They made it with refried, which is basically peanut butter. We had them remake it. They must have made the chalupa with beef then scraped it out because we found beef in her beans. Just so you know the standards here...

I’m truck driver I ask them if I can order food my 18 wheel can’t fit in drive thru she (lady In afternoon) said if your truck can’t fit you won’t get food I understand it’s covid 19 but without us you wouldn’t had job..... Thanks to gentlemen in diesel dodge truck he ordered food for me and even paid for me I wish I had gotten his info so I pay cam him back sometime in my life ........ They need to understand we can not get food any place...
