Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Santaquin

Bagels were fine. Honestly, the location is just a bit of a disappointment. When I first heard we were getting a location here, I was so excited. But, when we went opening day and realized they didn't offer the full menu, I hadn't had much of a desire to actually purchase anything from there. I decided I'd check it out, today, though and left underwhelmed. None of the unique flavors of bagels that made Einstein special are offered. It's hard to want to go back to spend $10 on bagels I could purchase for 1/4 the price at the Macey's across the street. Now, if they ever start serving their chocolate chip bagels, I'll singlehandedly keep this location afloat, haha. I'm not sure why they don't offer the full selection - I've been to smaller locations on college campuses that offer everything. It's a shame, though. Based on the other reviews, it may be to their detriment as many don't seem to be interested in purchasing from here because of their limited menu. Hopefully things change, but if they don't, I'll likely not purchase from here again. The staff was friendly enough, but the offerings just...

I wish we could give it zero stars. If you are expecting it to be like the other Einstein establishments then DO NOT GO HERE! The sandwiches are pre-made, even if you order changes to it they don't. I absolutely can't eat eggs, asked for it to be removed and told it wa. Just to come home and find the egg on it and everything melted to it with cheese. Obviously no option to fix it unless I go back. I was so excited knowing they we're coming to town but man what a huge disappointment. I can't believe they have any 4 or 5 star reviews. Probably from people who have never been to a "real" einstein bagels. I will never go back. Their exact words were, it's an Einstein Bagel express. Well I suggest the name be changed so people understand they will not be getting what they're used to. Pre-made breakfast sandwiches? Even subway does fresh. This is the most frustrating location I’ve ever been to. I came on a Monday for the $9 bakers dozen deal. After asking if they had Bakers dozen available (which they did) I then asked if I could get some on the Monday deal. They said they don’t offer coupons or deals at this location because it is an express location… makes no sense they had bakers dozens available and he said they had every kind of bagel available. So I just ordered 2 bagels. Which totaled to almost $5🤕 ouch… I could have paid $5 more dollars at any other location and gotten 13 bagels today. What the heck?! I also asked for fresh bagels. They gave me one. The other was old and cold. They also don’t allow you to even get points for rewards at this location. Why even have this location?
