Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Santee

Absolute WORST service of any fast food restaurant i’ve ever been too. While waiting, a gentleman came in complaining about hair in his food, and as he walked out a boy in the kitchen says “there are way too many “karen’s” that come in here”. OUT LOUD. which is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I Waited 25 minutes for a pepperoni pizza, and eventually asked if it was going to be ready soon. The lady told me it was coming out now, so i waited about 5 more minutes, then she came back and said “it’s going to be about 10 more minutes, it’s being put in now”. At this point i was getting very impatient as i have a child at home waiting for dinner that should’ve been home 20 minutes ago. I spoke with the manager who was very kind and gave me a refund, but as for the rest of the staff... sad excuse for professional employees. I recommend going to literally any...

Second time coming in this week. Definitely could use some improvements. I ordered over phone both times to see if I would get any different results. First visit, Italian Cheese Bread and one cheese and one pepperoni basic pizza. All appeared and tasted cooked to order. No issues. Today 08-03-2021. Ordered Stuffed Crust Pepperoni, hot and ready when I came in within 15 minutes. There was a line when I arrived so I had to wait outside until people cleared out. Received food and was out the door. Staff could use some encouraging words on friendliness, super quite did not greet upon assisting. Door coming and going to business slams shut so watch out. Will return in a week or so and see if any improvements can...

Honestly not bad for what it is. My friend reminded me of their crazy sticks so i got the half pizza half sticks deal.

Pizza: 9/10 for a chain this honestly was pretty good. Good amount of sauce, cheese, pepperoni had an actual crisp to it, crust had a nice crunch too.

Sticks: 9/10 i added jalepenos to mine so nice spicy kick. Good amount of cheese.

Sauce: 10/10 this actually surprised me because i thought they would skimp and give me a little dipping one. Nope they give you a nice sized amount.

Atmosphere: 7/10 i mean what do you expect?

Service: very quick 10 mins and was ready when i got there.
