Arby's — Restaurant in Sapulpa

I am very Unsatisfied and disappointed in the service here Let's just say that I Will just start by saying that they don't even deserve one star.The only reason that there is one star on my review is because I had to give them 1 to be able to get to the part to say what I need to say.This place consistently never gives me the Dip sauce that comes with a french dip sub Frankly , I think that they should get some workers That actually do their Job maybe learn the menu a little better because when you order a french dip It literally comes with dip sauce.That's the whole reason it's called a french dip These idiots cannot seem to ever get My order right every time I go there.I order the same thing And they never put the sauce in the d* bag.What is so hard about that...

It was a typical weekday around dinner time and I was at a convenience store just leaving and noticed the Arby's eatery across from the convenience store and I figured while by Arby's pick up something to eat and seeing drive thru empty got in line ordered a chicken swiss with ham sandwich and curly fries and within 15 minutes of getting in drive thru and ordering I was on my way quick and satisfied with everything. The only thing still can't get use to the prices for items that I have purchased in the past year or so And how much increase it has gone up the supply and demand reasons I guess? I got the Turkey and swiss sandwich and added bacon quess what? That's right no bacon! Only half the sandwich had a little Turkey the rest was lots of wilted lettuce there was only a quarter piece of tomato and one sliver of onion this sandwich comes with brown spicey mustard I asked to not have it on mine quess what? That's right it was caked on there was more mustard than Turkey and swiss cheese!
