Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saraland

Saraland, AL. Location I paid for extra garlic parm. sauce, asked them prior to prepping them, to make sure they had the extra sauce I paid for, and it was not. This sauce is not considered a 'sauce' by Domino's for some reason, in other words, you do not get the first layer included. It is considered a topping, so in order to get extra sauce, you must first have regular sauce...so extra sauce is considered 2 toppings, therefore I had to pay for it as 2 toppings. The app doesn't tell you this, the sauce is located in the sauce drop down box...but you will be charged for this sauce as a topping. I've heard the BBq sauce is charged the same way, but I haven't tried it. I like to get what I pay for at the very least. The guy making them, according to the app, "David", was very rude, insisting the pizzas were correct regardless of my opinion. I have ordered these same two pizzas 2, to 3 times a week for over a month, most of the time they are made correctly, if they aren't, they are promptly fixed. This location had no intentions of making them right. I was embarrassed by the staff's treatment of me, and saddened by the lack of empathy, and courtesy. I thought Domino's had a policy to remake pizzas if you werent satisfied with them, but in this location's case...apparently not. I will never use this location again. Terrible service! After moving all day I wanted something quick so I called in for delivery. They gave me the standard time 25-30 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and that’s when I called to ask about my order where then I was told my order was CANCELED and it was not by me! As I tried to chime in and say no I didn’t cancel my order she proceeded to tell me that she was not talking to me she was talking to her coworker!!? I placed the order not your coworker you should be talking and explaining to me the customer service was overall TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! From when the conversation started she was constantly breathing hard over the phone constantly saying “oh my god” and “wow” while still explaining nothing to me! I ultimately canceled my order due to her attitude and how the conversation was going I just knew if I still placed and order for the SECOND time it was be threw together! I am disgusting by the service I received! I am only one of a million customers but imagine if majority of them are being treated as...

In past months, I would have gladly given this store a 5 star rating however, it has slowly been going down hill. We order the same pizza and wings each time so, I have a pretty good scale of how to score them. The past 2 times were definitely our sign to choose another pizza place for the future. —we get ham, pineapple, and bacon on thin crust. The first of the past 2 visits, they forgot the bacon. To correct their mistake, they took our pizza back and cooked bacon separately then put it on top. When we got home, it all fell off and the pizza was cold. NOT REMADE as it should have been. This last time, there were large portions of the pizza without cheese on it and the edges were burnt black. Allow me to also add, we have been hung up on while trying to place orders on multiple occasions, and placed on “hold” (phone put down) and could here the employees yelling back and forth. This was our favorite but, who ever works at/runs this store is running it’s loyal...
