McDonald's — Restaurant in Saraland

I placed an order in the drive thru. Yes I had a special order which was simple 40 mc nuggets, 2 cheese burgers, 2 hamburgers only ketchup, 1 hamburger only ketchup and pickles on seeded bun, a big Mac, and a mc double bundle. I had 6 sauces that came with 40pc nuggets I asked for 3 ranch, and 3 hunny mustard. And I stressed to girl that was takingy order about the hamburger on seeded bun. She then called my order back out to me and once again I stressed seed bun with that hamburger. Well once I got to 2nd window the girl handed me 2 bags and I thought dang that was really fast. So I pulled over out of the way to check the food before I left and you know it wasn't correct. No seeded bun hamburger, only had 1 ranch and 1 hunny mustard and no small fry for my mc double bundle. So I pulled straight back up to 1st window and told that girl this is not right it's not on a seeded bun and I am missing this other stuff. Well finally got everything and pulled off to only get down the road stuck my hand into nugget box to get one and realized these things feel like they had been in there a week. I will not be going back to that location again. I was made to feel as if I was asking for special treatment when I asked for the sauces that come with what I ordered and my food that I paid for to be the way I ordered it. Customer service at pick up. In drive through was a joke! Literally. Refused to bag 4/$5 meals separately but did stuff 4 bags into the already overstuffed bag full of 4 whole meals. Forgot to give me my drinks. Had to park, go in and was given 4 drinks no ice, no straws, and was made a mockery of for asking why no ice. I politely went to my car, retrieved the rest of the order for a refund. Still the window staff was persistent this confusion was all my fault. How dare me to wait to ask for separate bags at the 1st window and should've known they hadn't had ice or straws all day. Why wasn't I paying attention! When nobody let me in on the joke during my order! SMH McDonald's used to be the place to go. The more I encounter staff like this makes me certain to never go to another. I'll be sure to tell all my friends as well. The customer always has the last laugh when the staff is standing in the unemployment line. Makes me understand why some people lose their sanity at bussiness like this and opens fire, or crashes through the doors. Undoubtedly they had been provoked! Not saying it's right but this sheds a lil light on why these crazy things happen! NOTE: IF customers chose the drive-thru most are in a hurry and need accommodations like bagging separate so they don't wreck trying to hand food to the kids in the back! Just food...

First off in foremost if you don’t like to talk to people, then fast food and other customer service jobs are not for you the lady that took my order this morning with the big old eyelash’s in the bright blue lipstick that look like a complete clown was rude as ever she didn’t even let me finish taking my order and kept costly cutting me off. If you’re having a bad day at work, please don’t take it out on the customers because you can run into the wrong one. Now when I picked up my food from the second window, the lady was so rude. She literally just handed me the bag and told me it was jelly in a bag when it was no jelly in the bag.
