Rude Employees and Soggy Meal. Third terrible experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is the third time I have visited this location and every single time it has been extremely disappointing. Last time after such a horrible experience I didn't want to go back but I gave the manager the benefit of the doubt after he said they were making some changes. Well clearly the changes never worked bc that was about a month ago and the service and food was worse. If the owner does not go into this restraunt himself and get it straight this will location will close after only being open a few months. Tonight topped the cake after I did a pick up order. There was no one at the counter and so I leaned over the counter to waive and try and get the servers attn and they all were standing around in the kitchen and just stared at me. I finally walked around the counter and leaned into the kitchen and said excuse me I need to pick up an order. When I turned my head a server imitated me and was extremely rude. That's unacceptable and unprofessional for a business. I spoke to the manager and she apologized on their behalf and would address it but she immediately blamed it on her being new...her being a new manager has nothing to do with a rude employee. Like I said third time here and every time it has been a ridiculous amount of mistakes and unprofessionalism. From incorrect orders, mistake on charges, waiting long amounts of time for food and just rude Employees who walk by and stare at you... I just have no clue how this place stays open. Not to mention it was a Saturday night and the whole place was empty except one couple at the bar. I'm done and will never eat at a Mugshots establishment again...and I used to frequent the one in Hattiesburg weekly. My suggestion is to save your time and energy and go to Walk-ons for a better...

I have eaten at many Mugshots restaurants in various locations and my meals have always been great. I want to say that before I get into the review of this particular location. I arrived at this location at 9:15pm. I was the only customer in the entire restaurant. Nobody noticed that I had been standing at the front waiting to be seated. Minutes went by and I finally yelled "hello". A young man approached the front counter and seated me. A few minutes later my waitress came out and took my drink order. Once she came back with my drink, I ordered my food. Southwest Egg Rolls and Patty Melt. It took over 40 minutes for my food to start coming out to my table. My Patty Melt was HORRIBLE!! The grilled part of the bread was placed facing the burger patty, instead of facing outside of the burger. The Cheese was cold. The burger was flavorless. And they gave me the hull of the bread as one of my pieces of bread for the burger. It was horrible! I took two bites and shoved my plate aside. Then I waited over 20 minutes for my waitress to come check on me. Had I not began to yell "HELLO", it's hard to tell how much longer it would've taken for her to come check on me. This location needs a lot of work. The employees need some major training. I'm assuming, from my experience and from reading similar reviews, that this location could use...

I've been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time was right after it opened and it was great. I was excited to take my daughter the second time. What a disappointment! Service was AWFUL and the food wasn't much better. It was cold when it arrived and the fried cheese squares on the sampler platter were completely EMPTY. Giving it the benefit of the doubt (everyone has an off day and they had just opened up after Covid) I tried again and took my mother. It really couldn't have gotten any worse. We waited over 5 minutes just for someone to come up to the hostess table to seat us. THE RESTAURANT WAS ALMOST EMPTY. Once we were seated, it took forever for the waitress to come over to take our order. Again, the restaurant was NOT busy. Once our order was taken, we waited over 40 minutes before we finally told the waitress we were leaving to cancel the order... that's after she said she had no idea when we would be getting our food. We only ordered loaded mashed potatoes and spring rolls. Miraculously, according to the manager, the order was sitting there waiting to be delivered. It was cold.
