Just left this horrible place this morning at 8:25am apparently this location doesn’t make their bowls like the others do because per the assistant manager they are privately owned. I approached the assistant manager whom at first told me they only had the mixed fruit bowl available then all of a sudden they had the others after I questioned if she was serious . I walked in and asked a question about the honey being on my bowl after Geri g it from drive thru, she had an attitude from the moment I walked in. She stated she was the assistant manager and I asked her was she serious?! The attitude was horrible!! I then asked her why she had an attitude and she stated I don’t I want to make sure you’re happy all while having an attitude. I understand now why the reviews are like they are, this location and the assistant manager are horrible!!! Read moreI’ve given this location two chances, and both visits were disappointing. The first time, I ordered a $12 smoothie bowl and it was completely frozen solid—unusable. I had to walk back in and ask for a refund. The guy argued with me and told me that's how the make them (apparently, keeping a smoothie bowl in a freezer instead of making them to-order is quality service?).
The second time, I ordered a $10 smoothie and it came out as a watery, juice-like drink with no smoothie texture at all. I asked them to remake it, and while they did, the second version wasn’t much better.
