Just left this horrible place this morning at 8:25am apparently this location doesn’t make their bowls like the others do because per the assistant manager they are privately owned. I approached the assistant manager whom at first told me they only had the mixed fruit bowl available then all of a sudden they had the others after I questioned if she was serious . I walked in and asked a question about the honey being on my bowl after Geri g it from drive thru, she had an attitude from the moment I walked in. She stated she was the assistant manager and I asked her was she serious?! The attitude was horrible!! I then asked her why she had an attitude and she stated I don’t I want to make sure you’re happy all while having an attitude. I understand now why the reviews are like they are, this location and the assistant manager are horrible!!! me and my family went at 11:30. WE LEFT AT 12:28!!!! First, there were only two people working, and one of them (the ed sheeran ginger DUPE with a ponytail NAMED BEN) wasnt even doing anything! there was this one girl, who was doing everybodys order, and she messed up EVERY-SINGLE-ONE! includinggg OURS! FIRST, she took forever to get our things, and she gave my grandma and mom two green ones, but my mom ordered a different green smoothie, so my mom told her, THEN she had the AUDACITYYYYY to say “you ordered two of the green ones…”! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? then she took foreverrrr to make ONE SMOOTHIE! and she DROPPED THE BLENDER CUP AND STILL CONTINUED TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE WITH IT! I’ve given this location two chances, and both visits were disappointing. The first time, I ordered a $12 smoothie bowl and it was completely frozen solid—unusable. I had to walk back in and ask for a refund. The guy argued with me and told me that's how the make them (apparently, keeping a smoothie bowl in a freezer instead of making them to-order is quality service?).
The second time, I ordered a $10 smoothie and it came out as a watery, juice-like drink with no smoothie texture at all. I asked them to remake it, and while they did, the second version wasn’t much better.
