The service by the girl at the window this morning was amazing, she had long brown hair. The coffee was good but I rated the atmosphere so low because there was another girl yelling at the girl at the window. It seemed like it was over absolutely nothing that didn’t even concern her. So while the coffee and food isn’t terrible. I ask why have an app to pre order when they just start making your order when you pull up and it takes the same amount of time? They also don’t seem to train their staff well, I get different ratios of cream and sugar every day. The isn’t a Starbucks or Dunkin around so I’m glad they are here. Just an FYI, there is no pickup window inside, it’s only drive through. I placed an order thinking I could go in to pick it up. Even though this error was not the fault of the staff, Lanier still took care of my order swiftly. She was kind and understanding even amidst the rush of being super busy with opening weekend.
