Claudie’s — Restaurant in Sarasota

My boyfriend and I finally got to stop for breakfast this morning at Claudie's, and let me just say, we were blown away! The most important thing to know about Claudie's is how amazing the food is. Everything was beyond tasty and FILLED with flavor!! The bacon alone would have gotten me to return, but the eggs, waffles, and fresh fruit were just so filled with flavor, I felt like everything I had eaten prior to this had forgotten to put flavor in. My boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy and a slider, which was cooked to perfection. I tasted some of the gravy, and again, packed with flavor! We both also had some baguette slices with fresh butter, and the bread was so good, I had to get some more.

The atmosphere was glorious and relaxed, and being our first time there, the employees were more than willing to help us decide what to order. Additionally, I found the prices to be more than reasonable, especially now that I know each bite is fresh and flavorful.

I would definitely give Claudie's a try. I know I will be going back.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful three-course dinner here! The meal was fairly priced with generous portions, and every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh. The carrots—like all the produce—were clearly farm-fresh rather than store-bought, and you could truly taste the difference. We were also treated to a complimentary appetizer of Comté cheese, fresh baguette, and grapes—the Comté was of the highest quality and set the tone for the rest of the meal. Claudie’s is an absolute gem! This French-American restaurant and catering spot truly delivers on every level. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming.

I started with the French onion soup—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The charcuterie board was beautifully arranged and offered a delicious variety of meats and cheeses, and the goat cheese salad was fresh, tangy, and satisfying.
