Starbucks — Restaurant in Sarasota

Went to the drive-thru. The wait was a bit long even though there were no other cars & didn't look busy inside. But I know they recently opened at this new location, so they were short-staffed. The employee could've done better by offering napkins, optional toppings for the Frappuccino & bag for the sandwich (which is served in an open envelope-like small bag) 👎. However, I was pleased that she handed over the credit/debit card device to me for privacy 👍! I got my usual favorites: Mocha Frappuccino & the Impossible Sandwich (a Breakfast sandwich made with Eggs, Cheese & Vegetarian meat substitute patty that tastes like sausage, but better - I forgot to take a picture since I was starving from fasting for bloodwork). The PROS: they're both delicious & the sandwich is always well heated. The CONS: they're both expensive, particularly the Impossible Sandwich (& other breakfast sandwiches) which is too small & smaller than the average vegetarian meat-less patty. Nevertheless, I'm glad they're now closer to where I live. I did try ordering for delivery after downloading their app. But it seems they don't deliver at all. Also, I really wish they'd have more than 2 - 3 options for bagels & cream cheese. They only have plain bagels & another choice I'm not interested in. It's the same issue with their cream cheese: either plain or something unappealing. Also, I wish they'd add to their menu: Sesame, Poppy & Blueberry bagels. It's especially frustrating since I won't order again from Panera Bread for delivery after the first 2 times: I got lousy service from the managers & employees, they messed up my orders both times, they overcharged me $40 MORE & refused to refund that money. How on earth will I be able to get my favorite fresh bagels & coffee from now on - especially without my own transportation anymore?!?! Starbucks needs to run Panera out...

My kids and I went to this Starbucks location this morning before school and the young man working the drive through was amazing!! I got a white chocolate mocha iced coffee and he told me that accidentally made an extra caramel macchiato iced coffee if I wanted it 😍heckyeah my oldest was so happy.we also got three cake pops and then the guy asked if the kids liked Pokemon witch they do.of.course lol he then grabbed four pokemon cards in sleeves and handed them to the kids.his customer service was above and beyond .this guy deserves a raise! Thankyou air for making our morning...

If their delivery truck is parked by the door expect to be stuck in the one-way parking lot for 15-30 minutes. This is NOT the fault of the truck driver, the store is at fault for not providing a proper delivery access. This is a huge failure on Starbucks design team to build a store without providing space for their 18 wheel delivery trucks to park and unload.
