My daughter and her friend were shouted at and belittled as the “manager” Stacey was angry with them because my daughter ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and was given the matcha with regular milk, which she can not have for health issues. Stacey was heard shouting from inside the dunk-in donuts so loud that my daughter and her friend could hear her with the window closed from the car. Stacey then proceeded to come to the window and continued yelling about teaching the girls a listen on reading a screen, completely unacceptable, as she proceeded to make it a big ordeal that the drink had to be re made, which would not have been necessary if she had put down almond milk in the order seeing as my daughter said it twice while ordering. After being informed of the incident, I called the store to speak to the manager, low and behold the phone is answered by Stacey, who is just as rude over the phone as she is in person if not worse and more unpleasant. She proceeded to shout her side of the story over the phone while there were most likely customers in the store. How embarrassing for the store, very disappointing. This Dunkin Donuts location has lost our business for good. The same thing happened at the dunkin on Tamiami, and the staff were beyond kind and glad to make the drink with the correct milk, they are always so nice and welcoming even early in the morning. Read moreWent through drive through and got avacado toast, bagel bites, two wake up wraps, and a coffee. I immediately parked after drive through in their parking lot to eat my food to find that both of my wake up wraps were stone cold and they didn’t even give me my avacado toast. I walk back inside to ask for my toast and to let them know my wraps were stone cold and felt as if they were some left over wraps or something and after telling them they proceed to help out other customers, mean while o had a complaint and I feel if someone has a complaint they should be helped out first. At least that’s how it works for all the restraunt I’ve worked for. Any how after 10 minutes of waiting, after giving my complaint, they then ask me what my complaint was again because they had forgot which is not professional in my book😡. I saw my toast was just sitting on the counter so when I revived that after waiting it was also stone cold and the bacon on top of it was as well, and the wake up wrap that they re made me looked half fast made with very poor quality. Any how not very happy with expience and this is not the first time something like this has happened to me. I went here to get an ice caramel latte with light ice, such an easy drink, when I got to the window the order they read back was not what I asked for so I had to correct the order at the window everything I asked for was not even done. The drive thru employees then shouts my order back because they already made the drink two seconds later that handed me a drink. The drink looked terrible there was about two inches of the drink gone no caramel and barely any espresso. I ignored this thinking I’m just judging it on it’s looks I then try it and the drink tasted of just a couple of iced milk. It was absolutely disgusting. I called the store to ask to speak to the manager the employee said “uhhh idk” I replied what do you mean you don’t know, he answered with I can write a note. I then said I would rather speak to the manager personally. He then says that there isn’t a manger present in the store. Confused I asked how can a store be open if a manager isn’t there. I have worked in fast food and there always has to be a manager. However this place managed to open and run the whole day without one.
