Normally, I don't do reviews. but this place sucks and i feel obligated to share my experience to save the hard-earned money and time of my fellow shoppers. I went twice to this place in a row, on the 2/2/16 and 2/3/16 to buy drinks and food for 7 people. On first day, they add things on the order even though we asked to skip those ingredients. The order was clearly written on the phone which the lady at the register read with her own beautiful eyes. Additionaly, when i reached my office, I was short on my order. ON the second day, the cashier was so rude, did not know what she was doing, not patient and instead of saying "I am sorry I'm in training , she tried to blame it on me !!" cashier did not know the difference between croissant, sandwich or a bagle !!! When i was trying to talk to her to split the payment between card and cash, she just ignored me and swiped the card charging the whole amount. The drive thru person came to help her and stated that the croissant and the bagle is the same thing..Really????????. They called the assistant Manager to help us but she screwed up by making the wrong order. Manager said ,it is a ok, i will not charge you for that ...sounding like she wanted to get rid of me so that other clients do not hear the complaint. Never saying that we apolozige and we will make sure it doesnt happen again. Its a shame that it is a franchise of such a good coffee place, brand new store, but the people who are running that store, who are dealing with the cutomers doesnt even know the difference between basic things..sandwich...bagle or a croissant. I wish i can give a 0.25 star on this review but Google won't allow me that option. If you have no other option in town and you have to go to this store, make sure you open up your order before leaving the counter...chances are you will catch their mistake...
Read moreWe’ve been frequenting this location for quite awhile now and have noticed that our usual order is always different in price from a few cents to as much as a couple of dollars. Just to be sure we kept our last few receipts and decided to inquire about the difference next time we visit.
You can’t compare the price when they are out of the large cups we usually get our refresher in and are out of our favorite donuts. So I opted to just go with the flow and wait another day. The new chicken and roasted pepper wrap on the drive thru menu board looked interesting and I ordered it. There was no price on the board but we’ve never spent more that a few bucks for a wrap here.
Get to the window and our smaller drinks, bagel and wrap were almost 18 bucks. The pic attached certainly doesn’t look anything like the one on the menu. 5.99 and then when I ask for a manager some slouchy guy comes to the window with a major attitude and says that I snatched our food out of the employees hand. Never happened!!!! Show me the tape friend because I know you have one at the drive thru. When I attempted to ask him about the price of the wrap and previous questions he says “I’m done talking with you buddy” and closes the window.
After we pulled away we began to look closer at our receipt. So 2 days ago we paid $3.39 for the LARGE refresher with green tea yet today when they were out of large cups we paid $3.89 for MEDIUM refreshers!!!! Sort of puts the brakes on Mr. Congeniality saying that he has no control over what the register charges.
Called corporate and they stated that the local store would be in touch with us and then if it wasn’t resolved to call them back.
This location is absolutely the worst Dunkin we’ve ever experienced and while it is closest to the house it makes sense to drive right past and find a Wawa...
Read moreFirst time I've ever been to a Dunkin Donuts in my life went on October 1st at 9am. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants and hash-browns and a dozen donuts. I picked all my donuts out and then went to the counter to pick up my order. When I got my order I was only given one sandwich. I tried to tell 3 different employees and all of them kept walking and ignored me. I finally caught one of them and told her my order was wrong. Very rudely said give me your receipt. she then told me I only ordered one sandwich and I told her no and then explained to her my whole order. She then said to me oh well you will have to go back in line and reorder. At that point the line was very long and I told her I shouldn't have to wait in line again it was there mistake. So she then told me Oh well I will give you a refund. I then said I would like my order fixed she replied I will give you your money back and walked off. I yelled for her and told her I was a first time customer and couldn't believe how rude she was and that I wouldn't be coming back and she said OK!! I still hadn't gotten my refund so I said what is your name and I want to talk to the manager. She said her name was Amy and she was the manager. I was like your the manager and your treating me like this, She then told some employee to refund my money. No Im sorry. No I will fix your order nothing.
