If you're looking for your fairly typical Chinese food place where you can order and what you get is what you think you're going to get this restaurant is good for that. They are quick to get you your food and they always have on the counter all the things you would need so you can just get them yourself. I do find the language barrier difficult as I'm a little hard of hearing and so I usually have to rely on the assistance of someone like my wife or even another customer. Still it is excellent I never usually eat in. It's not an overly inviting eat in place although there's nothing wrong it's just for me I would much rather take it to go and eat it at home. So if you're looking for Chinese food that is exactly what you think you're going to get and at the price you would expect to pay for Chinese food then this restaurant is a good choice. I have had them even out of kindness when I got my order there was a giant container of wonton soup filled with tons of the noodles and I was really surprised. On the top of the container it was March for free and it was just them doing a extra little something for a customer. So again the only reason not giving in a 5-star is the location is a little bit tricky to see and I just felt like it's a good solid 4 star restaurant and really nothing that I would say to negative about it just that I like to try to give a 5-star to extra...

There were no glasses for water, we had a bottle of water, but the straws were too small, and sank deep into the bottle. There was zero table service. I asked for someone to take our order (3 of us), and was treated to a Chinese lady who pretended not to know English and I had to ask he to get something on which to write. Yet this same woman did fine answering Take Out calls in English. She was rude and had the attitude that I can eat at her table but don't bother me. So We ordered: Roast Pork Chow mein with Roast pork Fried rice, Sweet and sour pork with same fried rice, and Sweet and sour chicken. Also Spare ribs and egg rolls. The egg rolls came in a paper bag. The spare ribs in a piece of plastic. The dinners wee in containers with no plates or tools, no napkins, and the Sweet and sour liquid was in styrofoam cups. No place to put the bones from the ribs, food could not be contained in the containers and was all over the table and our laps. .... and the food was poor, very poor... The only thing missing from our picnic dinner was the ants. Never again.... Fool me...
Read moreNo customer service! I ordered a General Tso lunch special today. The food was pretty good; however, it was not extra spicy as ordered. On the other hand, the service sucked. There was an older Asian woman with a short haircut at the front desk who was very rude. She didn't great me, didn't say thank you for your order, enjoy - nothing. She accepted my money, gave me my change, handed me my food, and walked off. After I obtained a straw, condiments, and plasticware, I told her (in a raised voice), "Thank you, and have a good day." It's definitely hard to find good help nowadays in any ethnicity. That will definitely be my last visit their. There are too many Chinese restaurants in the area with much better customer service and great food. I'm big on excellent customer service and when not received it becomes a problem as I can spend my money anywhere. China Taste could probably care less, but you lost...
