I would be wary of ordering online for pick up. I placed an order under my husbands name (Order #602008347) so he could pick it up while he was out running errands. He got to the store and the young Shift Lead stated they had no orders.. my husband had a screen shot of my online order receipt - the young man did not care and had no clue what to do. He proceeded to say there were no orders and nothing he could do. He made no attempt to call someone, to take the order number and just make the smoothie as it was clearly paid for, nothing. My husband purchased another smoothie and came home. I then called the store when he told me about it.. and spoke with this Shift Lead. I got the same response. A stuttering, unsure, dumbfounded young man just said I should call my bank as the order was placed online and there was nothing a manager could do- he wouldn’t take my order number and ask about it when someone else came in.. nothing. It was honestly a really odd situation.. who is training these people? They are being set up for failure of this is who you promote as a Shift Lead. Not mad at the kid, he wasn’t rude, again this was just really bizarre. Anyways. I’m out $12.00 for a small smoothie now. I submitted “feedback” through the link on my email receipt and have heard nothing back. Smoothie Kings main website only has contact options for the rewards program, employment, and other non related reasons .. nothing for customer service for online orders to the general company that I could find. Didn’t lose a lot of money but I’ll sure never go back. Disappointing. Train your employees better- your customers deserve more than paying money, showing you and being told they are screwed out of money with no option for resolution. And your employees deserve better than being set up to fail in their professional life with absolutely no training on critical thinking or how to resolve a problem. Maybe answer your feedback...
Read moreI recently had surgery, and smoothies are one of the only ways I can get protein in at this time. I came here a few days ago and ordered an Activator, with double strawberries and whey protein. Absolutely no issues with that order. It was seamless and the staff member was extremely kind. Today, around 1pm, I returned and ordered the same thing. When I got to the window, I noticed the total $ amount was different, so I double checked to make sure the whey protein was added. From that point on, the employee was extremely rude and her tone and volume was absolutely uncalled for. My boyfriend, who was on the phone with me through my car speaker, even heard her and said “Woah, what’s going on?”. I asked for my money back and left without my smoothie which is very disappointing considering I am using them to fulfill serious nutritional needs right now. You have a serious bad apple on your team and she needs an attitude adjustment. Rather than automatically take a condescending tone with someone, and yell at them through a window, perhaps try to be patient and empathetic. I’m here to spend over $8 dollars on a 20oz smoothie. Not get berated and yelled at. I won’t be back for a very, very long time. Not a great way to open a location. Management needs to look into this persons temper and take her off...
Read moreI use to love this place..lately I noticed more teen workers there than usual which ,oddly enough..just sayin..is about the time the quality went down..mostly just wrong orders or you kinda question the smoothie..odd...but today not only did my spouse get a totally way off, wrong smoothie....my own smoothie ,which seemed right..has now given me severe toilet issues for 7 hours now..I feel horrible..sweaty, stomach making tons of noises and constant trips to the bathroom..7 hours mind you..sadly..I won't go back to this location any time soon which stinks bc I really liked their drive thru ability... and some ofthe workers did a good job but it is getting hit or miss..hoping I won't have to go to the doctors..no idea how or why this is happening :( Update: It's the next day and still having stomach issues, can barely eat but feeling like I'm hopefully getting better...such a shame having to go...
