Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sarasota

I wish I had something good to say about this place but I just cant come up with anything. Im new to the area and had a fantastic TB near me before, so maybe my expectations are set too high now. I've now been to this location twice, which is 2 times too many. This last visit is the one that will keep me from returning. Its a Monday at 530p and nobody in line. I pull to the speaker only to be "greeted" by a young guy that sounded to be more annoyed that I was there than anything. I ask if they are still selling the crispy cantina melts? He responds with "I dont think so". I guess he couldn't ask someone to know for sure...Oh well. I then proceed to place my order. He cut me off after the first item to ask if that was it., like he was in a hurry. I finish ordering and pull around ony for him to go silent on me now. No "your total is" or hello. I pay and leave with my food. I live 3 minutes from this location but in that time frame my crunchy taco was unedibley soggy. It was like the bottom half was dipped in water before they wrapped it up. Same for my burrito. My level of disappointment for this location will keep me from returning. I wish I had read some reviews before my first trip. Lesson learned.

Well, Im not sure if Im mad at them or myself for giving them another chance. Another visit, and another extremely poor experience. This time I went in for carry out. First I waited for over 10 minutes for my order. I waited that long because they gave it to a car in the drive thru. When it was returned, they thought it was cool to just pass it on to me then. Not so much! Immediately found I was missing an item, but I guess I should've inspected all the items I did receive right there immediately. Had I done that, I would've realized that sour cream that was ordered on all the items, was only on 1 of the items. I guess me paying $.70/item was just a donation. Im not sure who is running this circus in the land of misfits, but its time for the owner or regional manager to step in and make some changes. Hands down the WORST taco bell Ive been to....ever! This Taco Bell always be on some bullshit. One time they told me they were out of meat which I was like erm ok that’s cool ima just leave. But the person infront of me ordered so I was confused. Then once I came in like 30 minutes before close and they told me they couldn’t serve food cuz a plumbing issue. But I just asked why arnt they just closed if they can’t serve food and she just kept repeating that they couldn’t serve food, then got super mad at me and was peaking at me thru the window and I gave her a little wave and went on my way. I used to work a fast food job so ik them workers be bullshitting so they don’t have to work, but it just pisses me off the extent of the lies they be going through. It didn’t make sense for the Taco Bell to still be open with workers with all the lights on and have the drive thru on but they can’t serve food??? Makes no sense. When I worked at a fast food place the most we would lie about was certain items that takes too long to make, but it’s literally taco bell yall boys be making the tacos in like 2 seconds. It’s just super lazy. The workers act like they have a huge stick up there butt and are rude. I don’t even write google reviews but that interaction pissed me off so much because she started getting pissed when I questioned her in a non aggressive manner. Went through the drive thru (yesterday 2:30ish) and as soon as the girl saw my husband she was immediately over the top flirting but fine whatever it happens . But when she noticed me in the passenger seat she gave me the nastiest look. Still whatever but she continued on she was incredibly slow , lingering to give my husband things glancing passed him to roll her eyes at me . And then at one point she shut the window and she stood as far over as she could to glare at me . my toddlers in the back even noticed her behavior saying she is being creepy to you mommy should we call the cops . She was not even trying to hide her behavior or how she felt . When we finally received our food I got one more nasty face and my husband got a kiss blown for the road , packets that said your missing out and take me home, and extra taco (jokes on her the type of taco was the kind I eat ). I don't care about a girl in passing I've been in my relationship for 15yrs. The point is she is at her place of work and this was extremely unprofessional she made my husband uncomfortable with her excessive flirting, my toddlers uncomfortable, and me annoyed with her complete disrespect to not only be flirting with my husband like that in front of me but to then also be being nasty to me . If you are going to be that type of female that flirts with taken men and treat the other female like crap be that type of person outside off your job I should be able to go get my family lunch with out dealing with that type...
