Wendy's — Restaurant in Sarasota

I have one of the "Free Frosty Jr when you make a purchase" key fobs, and I always buy a small fry to get the free Frosty after I take my tried service dog (and his little brother) down to the oncologist very for his chemo. We celebrate having made it through another morning of fasting and chemo by sharing the fries and I enjoy the free Frosty, as we drive home. Sometimes we stop to see Daddy at work, depending on if the boys need a potty break. (Today they did not)

This is not our usual Wendy's. For some reason I was busy doing something else when we buzzed by our regular Wendy's, so we stopped at this one instead. I don't think we'll stop here again.

The gentleman running the drive thru didn't seem to know what the Free Frosty key fob was, and he made me repeat myself 3 times (not because he was being funny because it's so difficult to say, either 😉). Then, they gave me about a billion napkins, which I didn't even need, because the fries weren't even salted, so they weren't "finger licking good" (to quote another fast food restaurant). They WERE nice and hot, though, and they did have flavor, even though there was no salt. The salt would have made them the BEST, though.

If you can't have salt on your fries, Wendy's are definitely the ones to order!

So, 4🌟 because they were fast, and fresh, be and hot, and the Frosty was good and cold, but minus one🌟, because I've been to better Wendy's. I probably should take away 2🌟, but I'll be generous until I try them again and find...

Worst service ever this place just needs to go ahead and close down already ordered food and they drenched my burger in mayo when I asked for them to please remake it. The girl who is doing the burgers was very rude and didn’t want to remake it. She had me waiting long time for it on purpose. Then when she gave me finally my sandwich, she had done it wrong because I had asked with no ketchup and it had ketchup on it so she was giving me pushback on making it and having me wait a long time again when I was on my lunch break at work like people don’t got time for these kind of things and I was nothing but more than understanding with her because I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but that was all unnecessary , and she still had an attitude with me the only person that was nice to me at this establishment was the cashier in the front not only that I ordered a small chili add cheese I got charged .60 for the cheese but when I finally made back to my job to eat I opened the chili...

I usually have great service here but last night 12/31/19 around 10pm It was horrible. The girl working the drive thru seemed as if she did not want to work. We had 2 orders for the same car. When I asked for more ketchup after only getting 2 packs for 5 meals, she proceeded to show me her drive thru bin was empty. I asked if the inside was open, id glady get my own ketchup to which she replied with an attitude that it was not. So I said oaky well I need ketchup. She asked another worker, "Brittany can you get me some ketchup" then comes to me at the drive thru window with a whole mountain of ketchup in her hands and tries to give it to me.. I dont know if she was trying to be funny, mad she was working NYE or what.. But it was not funny when i told her i didnt need all that and she refused to take the ketchup..
