Update: My previous review was one star. This place used to suck. They do really well now. Its rare for a restaurant to improve. It looks like they actually may have read reviews and improved things.
What they have Improved
Staff is awesome, nice friendly Food quality is way better Food freshness is way better. Fast!!!!! Employees seem to have it together. Competent, Employees understand requests and questions.
Old review: A Panda Express in a busy area that is empty is a sure sign that there is something wrong.
Well I took the chance and found out why they are empty. Upon arrival I found that the chow Mien was obviously old and there was minimal left. When I asked when it would be ready cause it looked old I was met with that’s not old.
Look your customer base is not dumb we know really old panda when we see it.
So the food I received. I waited for chowmein and got Beijing beef and black pepper chicken. What I got was soggy gross beef. Beijing beef is described by pandas own website as crispy beef. This was soo old it was soggy. I have had Beijing beef probably 20 times in my life never has it been soggy. The black pepper chicken was old and gross too.
To the owner: may you read this. Your establishment is empty because some of your staff is rude as can be and is serving really old food( giant obnoxious tall white woman) the rest of your staff recognized they shouldn’t be serving it and it was obvious. You have problems.
You or your obnoxious employee are so concerned about waste your pushing out old food and driving your customers away. Serve fresh food and you will get lots of customers thereby reducing waste. If you push old food cause your cheap you will lose your customers.
In its current state your food and your...
Read moreWe ordered online over an hour ago we showed up when the time online told us to. As I'm at the cash register they're very nice gentleman and says let me go check on your order the manager waves him away and yells out we're absolutely over 30 minutes behind and told me to get out of line for waiting for food. Now I would understand that they're short staffed or you know stuff like that they had more people that I've ever seen working behind there and I've never been told by a manager basically to get lost I have family in the food industry I understand that sometimes that is a difficult job but you don't ever tell a customer that and you never waived them out like you don't care if you're behind come talk to him in person when you have seven people in like wine cooks that are dishing out food for people you have every one of your stations in the back cooking you have two cash registered persons and wanted to drive through there should never be a reason that you are behind unless it's incompetent sadly my kids love this place I'll never come back I get it's Panda and yeah there's a lot more but disrespectful managers don't belong and sadly this one needs to have something happen because he doesn't get a treat customers like that and I wasn't the only one I'm just the only one that is putting a review at this time I hope everyone that was disrespected puts a review on this and brings them down below one star cuz...
Read moreThe food here tastes different than any other Panda I've been to and not ina good way. The noodles just don't taste right! There tend to be too many big pieces of orange chicken which dont cook properly and taste even worst. I often order the teriyaki chicken as well and rarely is it fresh. I actually ordered two sides of it tonight and it appeared to have been sitting for hours before being served. It was dark, tuff and dried out. I even found a hair immediately when I opened one of the containers. I ordered around 5:10 pm, was pulled around and told to wait for rice as it was cooking; I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes with two cars pulled ahead of me as well. I'd think, for waiting so long for fresh rice, my chicken would have been fresh too; that wasn't the case. I chose to call the store around 9:30 pm as I wanted to make sure they got through their dinner rush; I've worked for restaurants in the past and know those calls can be frustrating during those hours. When I called, I was told I should have called immediately, which I agree but like I said, I wanted to be courteous to their dinner rush. There wasn't a manger in the store to talk to and I was told to call back tomorrow, which I will be doing. Also, as the workforce tend to be mostly teenagers, which is fine, the ones cooking tend to be unprofessional with their manners and how they talk to the employees...
