Huge shoutout to Chance and Dom at Pokefin—they were seriously amazing when we stopped in! They let us sample things, helped guide us through the menu, and had so much patience with our 3 boys (who can definitely be picky at times).

They went absolutely above and beyond to make sure every single one of us would enjoy our bowl. We genuinely appreciated how kind and understanding they were. Sometimes having three very active boys—especially while on vacation—can feel like people are judging or getting annoyed, but not here. These guys made us feel welcome and taken care of.

They even took the time to explain every drink to us and helped us find a coconut water my son will actually drink (the chocolate one is a hit!). We would’ve never tried it if they hadn’t been so helpful.

Poke Fin has a great surf/tiki vibe and a much more spacious layout than other locations, plus, having outlets at every table is a nice, unique touch. The portions were generous, though definitely on the pricier side. When we ordered (as the only ones in line), the girl making our bowls seemed a bit rushed. It was only our second time at a Poke Fin, and it was clear we weren’t familiar with the selections, but instead of explaining, she just kept repeating “what else?” after each topping. She wasn’t rude, just didn’t help make the process feel welcoming. The other woman working was much softer spoken and friendly, but after our order, she was left handling everything alone, which led to a wait for the next customer. Super high quality poke close to where I'm staying?! Perfection. Hand my fingers crossed because not all poke is created equal. Menu is super straightforward. Lots of options to choose from. The girl behind the counter was so nice and helpful when I told her I've never been here before. Tons of options to customize. I loaded on the premium add ons for a couple dollars extra here or there (totally worth it) The sauces are sooo good I LOVED the kimchi sauce. I got kimchi + spicy aoli with my spicy crab and spicy tuna. Never enough spicy poke. Rice was cooked perfectly. All the sauces were great. And all the toppings were fresh. The restaurant was clean. Nothing more I could have asked for. They even had my favorite Hawaiian sun drinks. 11/10. Poke Fin...
