I don't even want to give this place a good review, i really thought about giving a negative review to keep others out. more for me!
Some of the items I got here were better than the pastries ive had in Portugal and Italy. The bread is good, and priced appropriately considering how much work it is to make homemade sourdough bread (we stopped since having kids).
One thing everyone is overlooking is the ingredients, everything is USDA organic flour, meaning no Glyphsate. Funny how people talk about teflon, "microplastics", HFCS, they have no clue about Glyphsate, im afraid to even spell it because thats how much control those elite have. It was first created as an anti biotic, before fidining its use as a Pest-a-side, now think about that, and how wonderfully does it destroy your gut health. people want to talk and argue about global warming, meanwhile this is 1 of top 5 killers in America, and responsible for all of our issues which I will not even list or make the connection to publicly. I've gotten off Rx meds by cutting it out. Why do you think gluten free and wheat free became a thing? its not because of how God designed wheat. do some research on this.
and coincidentally, healthy, non molested wheat tends to taste pretty good! what are the odds. and by good i mean the best thing you've ever had.
look at the lines place is sold out every day. Satellite Beach has spoken. all the organic eggs and dairy is gone off the shelves every week at publix. the people have spoken, why wont more businesses do this? i guess they dont like money and not killing people? and continue to order your "fresh" food off the sysco truck. the frustrations of living with the spiritual blind should be apparent by now.
also dont be fooled by other places, which have the appearance of being organic, or imported, by they are not, or only 10% of restaurant is, i wont give detail.
look at places like Mr 01 pizza that actually use italian flour for everything in the restaurant, glyp*sate free. its not organic but it essentially is if you know what youre looking at. the proof is in the pudding, and the taste. these places are packed everyday for a reason, fix your gut health and everything else falls in place, just be careful of too much sugar and focus...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have lived in Florida for about a year. Used to live in Northern Virginia and haven't been too impressed with most of the food options in the area. However, this place is hands down the best bakery I have ever been to. Their pastries are so unique, fresh, and delicious. You will honestly become an addict the first time you visit. When coming if you don't get there within the first hour of them opening (before noon) expect to be waiting in a line because everyone that has been here knows this place is amazing. Their breads are great too, but I really just come for their pastries. Also their lattes are also great as well.
I have never ordered anything from here and not left with a mouth full of happiness.
Also their staff are incredibly friendly and love what they do. You can tell they are all foodies with a passion for baking, and have taken their passion to a point where everything they make is a mini work of art.
I know you may be looking at this review and thinking I am overhyping this place, but I really am not. At the time I am leaving this review I see that they have a 5 star rating on Google and I know I am normally skeptical about places that have only 5 star reviews, but once you eat anything from here you will understand why they only have 5 stars. And I am telling as a foodie that has eaten a lot of bakeries all around the country I am telling you, if nothing else you will not leave disappointed if...

Be mindful that as a small business there may be occasional resources constraints like hours of operation or product availability. HOWEVER, as long as you plan accordingly, you will not only be buying organic, freshly made products but you will also be supporting a local small business. š«¶š¼šļø Also, if what you want is out, try something else because chances are, it will be amazing. š¤¤
They are always trying to bring new ideas for new goodies, and I love trying them out. My favorite at this time is the sourdough bread and the lemon bar šš¤¤
