Dunkin' — Restaurant in Saugus

the worker who took my order gave an extreme amount of attitude that i did not deserve. i asked for what i wanted which was clearly displayed on the menu above me and she denied it and said she had never heard of it before even though she could look up and read it. i ordered the same thing i always get which is a medium iced tea with lemon, liquid cane sugar, and light ice. i got an iced green tea with too much lemon and more than half the cup filled with ice. i also ordered a 2 for $4 bagels and i asked for one with butter and one with cream cheese and the bagels were wrong. we were given two packages of cream cheese and no butter. all in all worst experience i’ve had at this dunks and i’ve gone here...

Food quality is excellent, always is, but I think they need more training on up selling customers and basic sales. Not once but twice I was charged for a cup of water which is 50 cents because I needed ice. The 2nd time I asked them to fill the cup with ice that I bought there for $20. I'm in there almost every other day because of my job being so close and starting so early. I don't usually have a lot of options. It's not about the 50 cents, its about wasted opportunity it's disgusting .I hope nobody is actually coaching them to make sure to charge 50 cents to a polite regular customer. Manager quite hostile with my presence in the store while I was waiting to use the restroom, I had my coffee in hand. "You can't stay there more than 10 minutes", she said just out of the blue.
