Update 7/29/2023 3rd time in a row an item is wrong or outright missing! Last time missing item was replaced. Today I once again received a steak and cheese subs w no hots. Was told by employee I didn't order hots! Ummm yes, I did. I've literally never ordered this item without hots. I live for hots. 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Foods good but not worth the irritation driving all the way from east lynn. Only 1 time did they acknowledge their mistake.

Update 7/1/2023 Awesome business ethic! Something was missing from my order and I paid for the item. I called, they apologized and agreed to deliver it.

Edit new owners are great. 10 out of 10 stars!

Hey ya'll, google guide here. Don't order from here. I was a loyal customer through more than one ownership change. Tonight, 10/07/21 I was told "hey if you don't want to order here anymore oh well", then I was hung up on. I paid $45 for a $27 order that was a mess! Last year I spoke with the "owner" who was friendly and kind. My last 5 out of 5 orders have been burned, late, missing items, etc. .... and all of the above. Just don't order. I didn't want a refund or replaced items. I only requested an apology. What I received was to be hung up on. 55 min wait for a 25 to 30 min order. Burned overcooked food... This place is absolutely disgusting. I ordered here for the first time as the food on door dash looked pretty decent. Delivered fine no problem with that but my buffalo wings I had ordered were opened. Already suspected something. I had waited a while for the food so I was going to eat my chicken caesar wrap that I had also bought. My friend was with me and as she opened the wrap worms came out of the wrap. This is absolutely not acceptable. We had lost power that night as well, giving us a hard time looking for more worms and other insects that could be in our food. I will never be ordering from here again and I want to let others who haven't realized that they could be eating insects and god...

I order from this place often. The food isn't cheap but it’s good food. However, it’s 8 minutes from my house so i tip 2 dollars as not only is the food expensive but theres a 3$ delivery charge. Today, the owner had the audacity to return the 2 dollar tip to my boyfriend and say his drivers don’t want to come here because they spend 2 dollars just in gas driving here(i wish i could post a map picture to prove how close it is) and that they will not be delivering here as the drivers make only 4$ an hour. Well sir, maybe you should pay your drivers more considering tip is not obligatory. But don’t you worry, while they only lost 2 dollars you lost a loyal customer that orders 2-3...
