Seems like this place has really gone downhill in the ten years I've been ordering from this location.Ive been ordering from here for ever, and the last two years they seem to have a really hard time finding me, even with explicit step by step directions. I havent had the correct phone num in my acct the last year ivebeen ordering and its not been an issue, because i tell them where to go and i stand out side. This time, Kylee, license plate kdt 040, drove right by us. I ran t my car and drove to the front of the park, and repeatedly honked at her, even dowm frontage rd, and she looked at me but kept driving. Common sense would tell you, that the pizza you couldnt deliver, was mine. Instead, she stayed on the phone while driving, ignored me, and kept going. I caught up to her, though if it was against policy, she didnt have to roll her window down and awcknowledge me, but she did. She said id have to go to the store anyways because it was cancelled. I rolled my eyes and flipped her off in annoyance. When i got to the store, i asked to speak to a mgr, so i told her what happened. The employee then stormed in saying i was' insane and if i got my food she would walk out.' This is when i was informed i 'wasnt supposed to chase them down' but i dont remember that being against the law. I got my food, after a quick whispered conversation, in which i suspect the mgr told her to flip me off back lol, because she turned around (after it was taken care of and instead of leaving well enough alone decided to further instigate) and said 'i hope you treat your kids better' (i had mentioned earlier them waiting for the food, asking if i was going to get the food or not), i said 'i do' and thats it and she then flipped me off, in the store with an old couple sitting there eating. For 15 years I’ve given this location chance after chance, and they have failed every single time. Almost every pizza I’ve ordered from here has been burnt beyond recognition, and when I’ve spoken up about it, the staff and manager have been nothing but rude and dismissive. That kind of behavior shows they don’t care one bit about their customers or the Domino’s brand. The manager at this location is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. Instead of fixing problems or showing professionalism, they treat customers with an attitude like it’s somehow our fault for expecting edible food. A burned pizza once in a while might be a mistake—but burned pizzas for 15 years straight is a sign of complete incompetence and negligence. This store is a joke, and the fact that Domino’s corporate allows it to keep operating this way is unbelievable. Sauk Rapids Domino’s is driving customers away and destroying the reputation of the brand. I am officially done with this location, and I strongly warn others not to waste their time or money here. If you want good pizza and respectful service, go literally anywhere else. I placed an order to be delivered to my work, 5 minutes later, the order was canceled after the order had been accepted* and was in PREP mode per tracker/ I called and asked what had happened? Answer, due to no driver, and a large school order, the manager decided they would only order honor the school order and gave the order to cancel all other orders**. Why didn't they call to let me know? Response: they called and got some weird message - FYI- I work at a call center and it has a "hold for the next available person" intro and there were 4 of us here, no one called. I was told I could pick up my order, but my choosing delivery was because I was at work and could not leave.
