Upon our arrival, we were unexpectedly asked for a $25 cover charge at the door, which was supposedly for dancing later. We were taken aback as we had made a reservation for dinner. The treatment of customers at this establishment is appalling! Throughout our dinner, we were repeatedly reminded that we would have to pay an additional $25 per person by 8:30 pm if we wanted to dance, despite being a large party having dinner. One of my family members arrived late and was not allowed in without paying the cover charge, even though we were still dining!

The food was subpar. They claimed it was Italian cuisine, but as an Italian myself, I found nothing fresh or authentic about it. The prices were exorbitant, and they even managed to overcharge us by $100 under the guise of a “gift certificate,” which they later removed, claiming it was a mistake.
