HEY BRIDGEWAY BAGEL - PLEASE WRITE DOWN MY ORDER!! This place is so frustrating... the food is very good and reasonably priced but they refuse to write down my sandwich order and therefore mess up my order EVERY TIME! Why can't you just write down the order if its so hard to remember? I can't be the only one who this happens to? Buy a pen, buy a pad of paper... and WRITE IT DOWN! Its no shame to have a bad memory. Be very careful here as this restaurant preparers use bare hand contact with their ready to eat bagels and egg and cheese bagels and all food preparation I could see. They dont use disposable gloves and according to California code washing hands is not enough to prevent contamination and potentially getting sick from this practice. No, they're not NYC bagels, but they have a nice chewiness to them that I like in a bagel and make them not just round bread that so many bagel places are around here.
