Nice place if you're just going for beer and drinks, service is always great. Food is horrible!!! Nachos / taco salad - is unseasoned beef and/or unseasoned chicken. Best way to describe the taste is if you can imagine meat or chicken left out for days and then deciding to put it in the freezer but again forgot about it months later only to throw the now freezer burn meat/chicken in the microwave but you over nuked it. Their salsa is nothing but el Paso picannte sauce (confirmed by waitress), and chips that taste like they come from the convenience store self serve nacho station. Philly cheese steak sandwich is tasteless, it's unseasoned, cheap quality, all fatty meat that tastes like I mentioned above. Their fries taste like they're days old thrown in a microwave. Reuben sandwich that was tasteless and soup that tastes like it came from a can with extra...

This was our first time at McHugh's.

We started with the nachos. They were fine. All the cheese was in the middle so it made for a messy experience having to scrap some off and put it on other bare chips. It was supposed to have chicken but there were only a few pieces to be found. Side of guac was not good.

The reuben was average. Wasn't alot of meat in sandwich. Fries were just meh. I believe they were battered and then fried, the texture wasn't good.

Club was average as well. Bread was very toasted, crumbs were coming off with each bite. It was very thick, hard to eat a full bite. Coleslaw was not great, it was to sweet.

Place needs a cleaning. There were crumbs on the booth seat. Bathroom was not clean either. There was lots of staff standing around to that could have easily been cleaning.

Service was friendly and...

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt by going there 3 separate times. And every time we went the service just kept getting worse and worse. On our third visit the waitress cut us off after 4 drinks and pointed at my girlfriend and told her she was "hammered." I was shocked by her unjust remark and her next statement was "I can get my manager if you don't like it." The manager came over and with an I don't really care attitude so we left and will never go back. You would think a bar that is a quarter full on a Friday night would try harder to please their customers. Avoid McHugh's at all costs. It will probably be a different restaurant in a couple...

Great neighborhood pub with outstanding food. Jose was our bartender and he knew almost every customer by name. Massive plus. He recommended some sharables for my wife and I. Excellent food. We had the salmon tacos with mango salsa. 2 tacos that were huge. Delicious and reasonably priced considering how good they tasted. Great customer service and a nice chill atmosphere. We're coming back. We came back. Had the salads. I had the Asian bowl, great. My wife had the Asada bowl and the steak on it was fantastic. Spicy and savory with a great compliment of Tex-Mex salad. Really frickin good and no expensive. We ate at Whiskey Inferno, paid a lot more and it wasn't this good
